Za mene, kao mladu osobu, velika je stvar što smo izgradili tim profesionalaca, te što smo prije nekoliko dana imali priliku biti domaćin treninzima koji okupljaju eksperte iz ove industrije u našim pogonima. Jednostavno, povjerenje prema kupcima se gradi kroz nešto što je veće od obične reklame, promocije proizvoda i slično. Želimo da budemo neko ko će okupljati cijeli sektor, graditi dijalog o zajedničkim problemima i izazovima, i konačno – firma koja je dobar poslodavac, dobar saradnik trgovačkih marketa i prodavnica, te kao preduzeće koje brine o dugoročnom povjerenju kupaca“, kaže nam Omeragić. Kada je tržište Evropske unije otvoreno za mlijeko, „MI99“ je krenuo u nadmetanje na najbližim tržištima, a zatim je otišao i dalje.
„Mi smo mlada firma, osnovana prije manje od pet godina. Ali smo utemeljeni na tradiciji i istovremenoj spremnosti da unosimo nove tehnologije. Posljednja saradnja sa USAID/Sweden FARMA II projektom na organizaciji treninga u našoj mljekari pokazala je da smo dorasli zadataku. Ovaj trening se tiče izvoza u EU i, s obzirom da smo tu već napravili konkretne rezultate, nadam se da smo dobar primjer i vodilja za druge“, napominje Omeragić. Kompanija danas zapošljava 95 radnika sa preko 1500 kooperanata. „Poruka je jasna, u ovoj industriji je nužno ulaganje u inovaciju i tehnologiju, kako bi se dostigli i zadržali standardi kvalitete na nivou one koja je postavljena za tržište Evropske unije. Mi ćemo nastaviti ulagati, sarađivati sa drugim firmama u sektoru i zajedno praviti iskorake koji će Bosancima i Hercegovcima donijeti nova radna mjesta, te našoj zemlji priliku da se nastavi put ekonomskog razvoja“, zaključila je Omeragić.
