Gradačac postaje veliko gradalište
Predstavnički dom Federalnog parlamenta je na vanrednoj sjednici prihvatio kreditno zaduženje sa EBRD-om u iznosu od 48 miliona eura. Sredstva će biti utrošena u proširenje vodovodne mreže za četiri projekta u općinama Visoko, Sarajevom , Gradačac i za regionalni projekat plava voda. Kredit će vraćati općine korisnice, a Federacija je garant.
Usvajanjem ove Odluke o prihvatanju zaduženja po Ugovoru o zajmu između BiH i EBRD-a za realizaciju projekata “Vodosnabdijevanja južnog dijela općine Gradačac” uklonjena je i posljednja prepreka za realizaciju i implementaciju istog.
O obimu projekta najbolje govori činjenica da su do sada za njegovu realizaciju osigurana sredstva u iznosu od oko 23 miliona KM od čega je oko 4,7 miliona već implementirano (izgradnja prečistača, projektna dokumentacija, nabavka zemljišta, ispitivanja izvorišta, vodovodne mreže Biberovo Polje, Nova industrija). Pored toga općini Gradačac izdata je i građevinska dozvola za izgradnju centralnog komandno-kontrolnog postrojenja na izvorištu Domažić koja je već upućena na saglasnost u London i očekuje se prvi tender za izvođenje radova.
Općinski načelnik mr. sci Edis Dervišagić je istakao da je ovaj projekat pobijedio politikanstva i da Gradačac postaje jedno veliko gradilište. Također je dodao da niti jedna mjesna zajednica neće biti zapostavljena i to će vrijeme dokazati. “Svjestan sam da će biti onih koji će ovaj projekat politizirati i opstruirati ali mi nastavljamo bez obzira na takve”…
Projektom „Vodosnabdijevanja južnog dijela općine Gradačac“ južni dio općine dobit će 120 km vodovoda a u gradskoj zoni bit će rekonstruisano 40 km azbest-cementne mreže- . Uporedo s tim raspisuje se i prvi tender za izgradnju kanalizacije u sjevernom području općine koji će iz grant sredstava graditi Češka razvojna agencija i Švedska SIDA. Uz projekte proširenja vodovodne mreže koji su već u završnoj fazi ( Nova industrija ) ili koji uskoro počinju (Okanovići), ovime cjelokupna općina rješava pitanje vodosnabdijevanja i sve mjesne zajednice koje to žele će moći da, pod istim uslovima, budu dio novog vodovoda!
