Na osnovu člana 43. stav 2., člana 44. stav 1., člana 45. stav 1., člana 46. i člana 47. Prečišćenog teksta Poslovnika o radu Općinskog vijeća Gradačac («Službeni glasnik Općine Gradačac“, broj: 3/14, 6/15 i 2/19  i  «Službeni  glasnik  Grada  Gradačac“,  broj  2/20),  a  u  vezi  sa  članom  15.  Statutarne  odluke  o organizaciji Grada Gradačac u skladu sa Zakonom o Gradu Gradačac („Službeni glasnik Grada Gradačac“, broj 1/19) i Zaključka Kolegija Gradskog vijeća od 05.03.2021. godine

3. redovnu sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac, za dan 23.03.2021. godine (utorak), u sali za
sjednice sportske dvorane sa početkom rada u 9:00 sati

Kolegij Gradskog vijeća za sjednicu predlaže sljedeći

1.  Prijedlog Budžeta Grada Gradačac za 2021. godinu.
2.  Prijedlog odluke o izvršenju Budžeta Grada Gradačac za 2021. godinu.
3.  Prijedlog odluke o organizaciji 48. Međunarodnog sajma poljoprivrede i prehrambene industrije – Sajma šljive.
4.  Prijedlog odluke o dopuni Odluke o uslovima i načinu izdavanja u zakup poslovnih zgrada i prostorija u vlasništvu Grada Gradačac.
5.  Prijedlog odluke o raspisivanju javnog oglasa za davanje u zakup poslovnih prostorija u vlasništvu Grada Gradačac putem licitacije.
6.  Prijedlog  odluke  o  dopuni  Odluke  o  utvrđivanju  javnog  interesa  broj:  01-05-363/18,  od  29.11.2018. godine (kanalizacija sjever).
7.  Prijedlog odluke o dopunama Odluke o vodosnadbijevanju.
8.  Prijedlog odluke o dopunama Odluke o priključenju građevina na javni kanalizacioni sistem na području Grada Gradačac.
9.  Prijedlog  odluke  o  izmjenama  i  dopunama  Odluke  o  usvajanju  i  provođenju  Urbanističkog  plana Gradačac za 2020. godinu.
10.  Prijedlog odluke o izmjenama i dopunama odluke o usvajanju i provođenju Regulacionog plana „Centar“.
11.  Prijedlog rješenja o odbijanju zahtjeva za priznavanje ulaganja (Zebed d.o.o.).
12.  Prijedlog rješenja o odbijanju zahtjeva za umanjenje zakupnine (Zebed d.o.o.).
13.  Prijedlog programa rada Gradskog vijeća Gradačac za 2021. godinu.
14.  Prijedlog programa obavljanja komunalnih usluga za održavanje gradske čistoće za 2021. godinu.
15.  Prijedlog rješenja o davanju saglasnosti na Cjenovnik usluga po Programu obavljanja komunalnih usluga za održavanje gradske čistoće za 2021. godinu.
