U grupi 2 lige A, Češka je ugostila Švicarsku, a nakon 90 minuta bilo je 2:1 za Čehe koji su slavili zahvaljujući golu Kuhte i autogolu Soua (Sow), dok je za goste strijelac bio Okafor.
U derbiju ove grupe komšijski derbi odigrali su Španija i Portugal, a završeno je rezultatom 1:1.

U ligi B Slovenija je protiv Švedske poražena s 0:2 (Forsberg i Kuluševski), dok je Norveška gostovala u Srbiji, a nakon nešto više od 90 minuta bilo je 0:1 za goste.
