Nekoliko hiljada prosvjednika u subotu je izašlo na ulice kako bi se usprotivili strategiji njemačke vlade u borbi protiv covida-19, posebno restriktivnih mjera poput nošenja maske.
Nakon što su vlasti zabranile nekoliko pojedinačnih skupova na temelju pravila protiv kojih prosvjednici i prosvjeduju, velika gomila ljudi okupila se u subotu i počela hodati gradom u pratnji policije, policijskih vozila i helikoptera. Ograđeni su veliki dijelovi Berlina u kojima se nalaze institucije vlasti.
Policija se sprema za još veći broj ljudi, pa je oko dvije hiljade policajaca u pripravnosti.
