HUSEIN TOKIĆ: Uvođenjem Clexanea na esencijalnu listu doprinijelo bi se povećanju nataliteta na području TK
Husein Tokić, zastupnik SDBiH u Skupštini TK zatražio je od Skupštine TK da se izjasni o inicijativi i donese zaključak kojom obavezuje Vladu TK i resorno ministarstvo da u što kraćem vremenskom roku omogući da se na esencijalnu listu lijekova TK uvrsti enoxiparin natrij (tzv. CLEXANE) za trudnice ukoliko je istim uključen kao terapija.
Enoxiparin natrij (tzv CLEXANE) je lijek iz grupe niskomolekularnih heparina a daje se kao prevencija trombofilije kod trudnica, daje se dnevno 1 injekcija a ona košta cca 10 KM. Trudnice ovaj lijek koriste od uspostavljanja trudnoće pa do pete sedmice nakon poroda. Tako da je za ovaj lijek potrebno izdvojiti nešto više od 3000 KM. Svjedoci smo da zbog velikih troškova liječenja mnoge trudnice nemaju izbor pa pomoću društvenih mreža traže da im se pokloni clexan ili prikupi novac za njegovu kupovinu. Ovaj problem je često razlog zbog čega se trudnice ne odlučuju na ponovnu trudnoću.
Uvođenjem ovog lijeka na esencijalnu listu doprinijelo bi se povećanju nataliteta na području Tuzlanskog kantona.
