Indirektan izbor: Kod Dodika su ključevi rješenja zahtjeva HDZ-a
Ako je vjerovati tvrdnjama premijera Hrvatske Andreja Plenkovića visoki zvaničnici EU uskoro stižu u Sarajevo, te kreću novi pregovori o izbornom zakonu.
S druge strane, lider SDA Bakir Izetbegović zaključuje kako će taj pokušaj u ovako pokvarenoj atmosferi i uslijed poteza koje vuče HDZ BiH, biti uzaludan.
Gotovo svi akteri se slažu da više nema vremena za izmjene Izbornog zakona, jer su sve mogućnosti i prijedlozi već ranije iscrpljeni. Ili …
Naime, postoji jedan prijedlog na kojeg su u kontekstu izbora za Predsjedništvo BiH pristale sve probosanske i hrvatske stranke, pod uslovom da rješenje ne bude asimetrično u odnosu na RS. Dakako, radi se o indirektnom izboru kojeg su ponovo prošle sedmice aktuelizirali iz SBB-a. Lider ove stranke Fahrudin Radončić od početka se zalaže za ovo rješenje, no sada je SBB uputio direktnu poruku Hrvatskoj i njenom predsjedniku Zoranu Milanoviću.
Iz SBB-a ga pozivaju da, “s obzirom da Milanović uporno ponavlja da je Milorad Dodik njegov poželjan partner i saveznik Hrvata, lobira kod Dodika da prihvati indirektni izbor članova Predsjedništva BiH u Parlamentu BiH.
Takvo rješenje – koje je bilo predviđeno i u poznatom “aprilskom paketu” ustavnih promjena, koje je Dodik tada prihvatio i kojim bi se uklonio glavni kamen spoticanja u razgovorima o izmjenama Izbornog zakona BiH – već odavno zagovara i SBB, a nema sumnje da bi ga podržale i sve druge probosanske stranke, navode iz SBB-a.
Rješenje po kojem bi se članovi Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine u budućnosti birali iz državnog Parlamenta bez sumnje bi donijelo potpunu relaksaciju odnosa u državi, a posebno u Federaciji i zaustavilo politički Bošnjačko-Hrvatski obračun. Ovaj prijedlog je i s aspekta vremenskih rokova možda i jedino realno pokušati provesti. Podržao ga je čak i Željko Komšić.
Potpuno je stoga neopravdano i bezobrazno optuživati probosanske i bošnjačke stranke za blokiranje izmjena Izbornog zakona, a s druge strane potpuno amnestirati politiku iz RS-a koja ima ključeve rješenja u svojim rukama.
Dodikova pozicija danas je dodatno oslabljena nakon novih sankcija, ali i jasnog označavanja njegove politike kao proruske. Ukoliko Bošnjaci i Hrvati budu imali zajednički stav, to bi bio jasan put u smirivanje bošnjačko-hrvatskih odnosa i zajednički nastup prema Dodiku. Drugu priliku za to teško će imati, pogotovo ne nakon izbora koje će prvi čovjek SNSD-a u ovakvoj konstalaciji odnosa sigurno dobiti.
