Isaković u Turskoj: Neophodno izmijeniti Izborni zakon BiH u pravcu povećanja kvota manje zastupljenog spola na izbornim listama
Predsjedavajući Komisije za ostvarivanje ravnopravnosti spolova Predstavničkog doma Parlamentarne skupštine (PS) Bosne i Hercegovine Mirsad Isaković razgovarao je danas u Ankari, na marginama Simpozija o učešću žena u mehanizmima odlučivanja, sa predsjedavajućom Komisije za jednake mogućnosti žena i muškaraca Velike narodne skupštine Republike Turske Radiye Sezer Katircioglu.
Zahvaljujući se na podršci koju je Bosna i Hercegovina uputila narodu i institucijama Republike Turske u vrijeme i nakon pokušaja državnog udara u toj zemlji, Katircioglu je naglasila da prijateljstvo Turske i BiH treba da ostane snažno jer je to u interesu obje zemlje i cijelog regiona zapadnog Balkana.
Podvlačeći da BiH u Turskoj ima iskrenog prijatelja, Katircioglu je prihvatila poziv Isakovića da posjeti Parlamentarnu skupštinu BiH.
Čestitajući Republici Turskoj 94. rođendan, Isaković se zahvalio Katircioglu i Komisiji za jednake mogućnosti žena i muškaraca Velike narodne skupštine Republike Turske na odličnoj organizaciji Simpozija o učešću žena u mehanizmima odlučivanja.
Na sastanku su razmijenjene informacije o aktivnostima dvije komisije u pravcu poboljšanja položaja žena i njihovog učešća u institucijama zakonodavne i izvršne vlasti. S tim u vezi, gospodin Isaković pomenuo je nastojanja članova Komisije za ostvarivanje ravnopravnosti spolova Predstavničkog doma PSBiH da se izmijeni Izborni zakon BiH u pravcu povećanja kvota manje zastupljenog spola na izbornim listama, kao i prijedloge Komisije da se procenat učešća žena u Vijeću ministara BiH podigne na 40 posto, u skladu sa Zakonom o ravnopravnosti spolova u BiH.
Zajednički je zaključeno da je potrebno intenzivirati kontakte i saradnju dvije komisije, te nastaviti sa razmjenom informacija o praksama i projektima koji su doveli do pozitivnih rezultata na planu rodne ravnopravnosti.
