Iz Bimala poručuju: Domaće tržište nam je prioritet, mi ne odlučujemo o cijeni ulja u prodavnicama
Vrtoglavo poskupljenje osnovnih životnih namirnica u Bosni i Hercegovini se ne zaustavlja. Posljednje u nizu, frapantno visoku cijenu dostiglo je i suncokretovo ulje. U sarajevskim prodavnicama uglavnom se može naći ulje iz jedine domaće kompanije u BiH – Bimal Brčko, koje košta 3,80 maraka po litru.
Zašto se često dižu cijene ulja za Faktor je pojasnila Cvijeta Tomić Purić, glasnogovornica Bimala.
– Fabrika Bimal kao proizvođač ne određuje cijenu jestivog ulja u prodavnicama. To isključivo zavisi od trgovaca, marži, PDV-a i svega ostalog što ulazi u formiranje finalne cijene u trgovini. Kada je riječ o nabavnoj cijeni sirovina do promjene je došlo prije svega zbog nedostatka domaće sirovine. Ne možemo se osloniti na sjeme uljarica iz BiH, sirovinu moramo da uvozimo, odnosno da kupujemo na inostranim tržištima što je osnovna prepreka u kriznim situacijama. One zemlje koje imaju svoju sirovinu su u prednosti jer turbulencije na svjetskom tržištu sporije utiču na domaći proizvod u prodavnicama – ističe Cvijeta Tomić Purić.
Bimalovo ulje trenutno se prodaje u prodavnicama 3,80 maraka, hoće li cijena i dalje rasti?
– Prognoze o daljem rastu cijena nije moguće dati budući da sve zavisi od dešavanja na svjetskom tržištu. Mi smo u skladu sa tim i napravili posljednju nivelaciju. Rat Rusije i Ukrajine onemogućava da dođemo do povoljnih uvjeta nabavke sirovine, a ove dvije zemlje su jedne od najvećih proizvođača i izvoznika suncokreta i suncokretovog ulja, stoga aktuelni sukob generalno vrši veliki pritisak na industriju jestivog ulja – kaže Cvijeta Tomić Purić.
