Poljoprivrednici trebaju pomoć: Sjetva na manjoj površini nego prošle godine košta 20 miliona KM više
U Tuzlanskom kantonu (TK) proljetna sjetva planirana je na 47.184 hektara površine, što je gotovo 4.000 hektara manje u odnosu na godinu prije. Plan proljetne sjetve usvojila je Vlada Tuzlanskog kantona na današnjoj sjednici, a nakon što bude obavljena, bit će poznat i ukupan iznos kantonalnih poticaja.
– Sredstva potrebna za sjetvu ukupno iznose 92 miliona KM, a iako je planirana na manjoj površini, skuplja je za gotovo 20 miliona ili 27,7 posto u odnosu na prošlu godinu. To najbolje govori o rastu cijena s kojima se suočavaju poljoprivrednici – kaže Emir Begić ministar poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede TK.
Zbog velikih poskupljenja, najavio je Begić, Vlada TK će pokušati obezbijediti dodatna sredstva za sjetvu.
– Podaci o planu sjetve predati su prije početka agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu, tačnije krajem prošle godine, pa je očekivati da će plan koji je Vlada TK danas usvojila, ne samo biti ispunjen u stopostotnom iznosu, nego i premašen – kaže Begić.
Kada je u pitanju isplata poticaja, pojašnja Begić, neki zatijevaju okončanje proizvodnje, ali se neki mogu isplatiti i prije.
– Za nas je najvažnija proizvodnja mlijeka, gdje imamo poticaje po osnovu muznih grla. Ti proizvođači mlijeka, ujedno proizvode kukuruz i druge kulture potrebne za prehranu stoke. Upravo oni su najveći korisnici poticaja. Njima možemo isplatiti sredstva čim bude napravljen rebalans kantonalnog budžeta. Mislim da će to biti urađeno već naredni mjesec – kaže Begić.
On je istakao da neće biti favoriziranja nekih kultura te je planirano povećanje poticaja za sve, ali je za neke veoma važno da isplata bude u narednih mjesec dana.
