Iz Tužilaštva Kantona Sarajevo odgovorili su jutros na upit “Avaza” dokle je došla istraga u slučaju smrti djevojčice iz Kaknja Džene Gadžun.
– U navedenom predmetu poduzima se veći broj radnji i vještačenja koja su u toku što znači da nije donesena konačna tužilačka odluka. Podsjećamo Vas da u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti i postupanju sa djecom i maloljetnicima u krivičnom postupku, Tužilaštvo KS ne može davati više informacija – rečeno je iz Tužilaštva KS za portal “Avaza”.
Podsjećamo, djevočica Gadžun preminula je 14. novembra prošle godine na KCUS-u.
Nekoliko dana ranije operirana je u privatnoj klinici u Sarajevu, gdje je došlo do određenih komplikacija.
Njena smrt potresla je kompletnu javnost. No, još nema odgovora šta je uzrok tome da djevojčica završi u komi, a zatim izgubi život. Do sada su u Tužilaštvu saslušane desetine svjedoka.
