JEDNOM U 100 GODINA Uragan Michael ruši sve pred sobom na Floridi

Američki dužnosnici kažu kako je prekasno pobjeći s puta uraganu Michaela, koji sada spada u četvrtu kategoriju uragana, javlja BBC. Oluja je udarila sjerverno-zapadno od Meksika na plaži Gulf Coast, a očekuje se da će ovo biti najveća oluja koja će pogoditi regiju u posljednjih sto godina.

 

Guverner Floride, Rick Scott upozorio je građane da je oluja Michael najdestruktivnija ikada.

Oluja čiji vjetrovi su dosegli jačinu od 240 kilometara na sat ubrzo će krenuti prema istočnoj obali SAD-a.

Iako je ranije stigla naredba za evakuaciju za više od 370.000 ljudi kojima se savjetuje da se sklone na sigurna mjesta, veliki broj nije napusito svoje domove.

“Ne napuštajte svoje domove. Najgora stvar koju sada možete učiniti je otići jer ćete tako svoju porodicu dovesti u opasnost”, upozorio je građane guverner Floride Rick Scott.

Prema posljednjim podacima najmanje 13 osoba je izgubilo život u Srednjoj Americi, zbog olujnih kiša i poplava.
