Ko su pipci kriminalne hobotnice: Biografije korumpiranih sudija
Većina osumnjičenih je i ranije spominjana kao oni koji prave „nered“ u bh. fudbalu
Tužilaštvo BiH nastavlja istragu o namještanju nogometnih utakmica Premijer lige BiH i Prve lige FBiH bez obzira što je Sud BiH odbio odrediti pritvor za pet osumnjičenih, uhapšenih u akciji SIPA-e „Var“.
Radi se o Vladimiru Dominkoviću, Anti Bilješku, Kenanu Bajraktareviću, Iliji Živkoviću i Fuadu Zahiroviću, koji se sumnjiče da su počinili krivična djela za koja se terete – primanje mita.
Istraga se nastavlja u odnosu na druge osobe koje su uhapšene, a pristale su na saradnju s Tužilaštvom BiH, od Salema Prolića do Harisa Poprženovića, Irfana Durića, Marka Brezovića…
Tužilaštvo ima čvrste dokaze da su ove osobe počinile krivična djela i pogodovale ishodima određenih utakmica.
U dokumentima Tužilaštva, koji su u posjedu „Avaza“, jasno je navedeno da su „krivična djela osumnjičeni vršili na način da su od uprava klubova koji su se takmičili u Prvoj ligi FBiH zahtijevali davanje dara, da bi zauzvrat poduzimanjem radnji u skladu sa svojim svojstvom, utjecali na ishod utakmica“.
Za sada se imena tih osoba drže u tajnosti jer istraga i dalje traje, a u nju su uključene i sudije Premijer lige BiH. Uskoro će iskaze morati dati i pojedini vlasnici nogometnih klubova kako bi se klupko odmotalo, a odgovorni kaznili.
U prilog im ne ide ni činjenica da su pojedine sudije snimljene kako primaju novac i to od prikrivenih istražitelja SIPA-e i sve su priznale. No, ko su velike ribe koje su sve znale, to će sada pokazati istraga. Od iskaza pojedinih sudija mnogi sada i strahuju, jer su umiješani i delegati i kontrolori, a poznato je ko ih predlaže i nadgleda.
Ono što UEFA koristi za pravljenje timova koji bi bili uigraniji za što bolje dijeljenje pravde kod nas je pretvoreno u timove za fudbalski inžinjering. Donosimo detalje o svim uhapšenima koji su činili fudbalsku hobotnicu koja je radila isključivo u svom interesu.
