U obrazloženju se navodi kako je cijena utvrđena nakon temeljite analize svih troškova i uvažavanje činjenice da je došlo do velikog povećanja cijena smještaja, unutrašnjeg prijevoza i taksi-usluga u Kraljevini Saudijskoj Arabiji.
