Komšić: Inicijativa za razgovor s Lavrovom još jedan Dodikov loš potez
U Dnevniku 2 smo razgovarali sa Željkom Komšićem, predsjedavajućim Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine.
Kaže da Borell i Stoltenberg imaju razloga za zabrinutost za sigurnost u BiH.
“Mi smo i ranije uočili prijetnju po sigurnost cijele regije, ne samo BiH,kada je riječo ruskom utjecaju. Dobro je da i Borell i Stoltenberg reaguju na ovaj način, dobro je da dolaze i dodatne trupe EUFOR-a u BiH. Ja bih bio sretniji da je riječo NATO trupama, koji ima mandat po osnovu Dejtonskog mirovnog sporazuma, ali u svakom slučaju pojačan interes i NATO-a i EU za sigurnosnu situaciju i u BiH i u cijeloj regiji bi se moglo posmatrati kao pozitivan znak.”
O današnjeg razgovoru Milorada Dodika i Sergeja Lavrova kaže: “U današnjem svijetu dezinformacija, ko zna o čemu su oni razgovarali. Činjenica je da je do razgovora došlo na zahtjev Dodika, a ne ruske strane i to je, po meni, još jedan pogrešan Dodikov potez. Danas sa Moskvom razgovaraju samo Lukašenko i Dodik. Ne znam šta je Dodik tu govorio i šta je tražio, ali iz njegovih postupaka narednih dana ćemo zaključiti o čemu se tu radilo.”
Komšić smatra da je NATO na rusku invaziju odgovorio onako kako je mogao.
“Bez obzira kako to sve izgledalo Ukrajincima, NATO nije mogao rizikovati direktan sukob sa ruskom vojskom jer bi to gotovo sigurno dovelo do svjetskog, vjerovatno nuklearnog rata. NATO daje Ukrajini ono što bismo i mi voljeli da smo imali ‘92., a nažalost nismo imali, a to je vojna pomoć.”
Pojašnjava da je BiH u jednoj vrsti obaveze da prati vanjsku i sigurnosnu politiku EU.
“Gospodin Sattler je dolazio kod mene da se zahvali za naš jasan stav vezano za cijelu situaciju oko Ukrajine. Naravno, imamo obavezu kao zemlja članica UN-a, imamo Sporazum o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju što za nas u BiH predstavlja obavezu da usklađujemo vanjsku i sigurnosnu politiku sa EU. Imamo izjavu Predsjedništva iz 2014. koja govori upravo o Ukrajini i poštivanju teritorijalnog integriteta i suvereniteta Ukrajine. Dakle BiH ima sve neophodne preduvjete, odnosno akte da sve ono što znači danas podršku Ukrajini, što znači pridruživanje politici EU pa i SAD-a, i naše izjašnjavanje ima ne samo subjektivan osjećaj da treba biti na pravoj strani, nego ima i podlogu u međunarodnim sporazumima i svemu onome što jeste
vanjska politika BiH. Zato nam nije potrebna saglasnost Dodika, bez obzira šta on mislio.”
“Tri decenije BiH postoji kao zaseban, međunarodno priznat subjekt, nezavisna država. Čuvajmo ovu zemlju. Nemojte da nam jasno šta smo imali ako izgubimo.Ovu zemlju treba očuvati po svaku moguću cijenu. Previše je žrtava za ovu zemlju palo. Čuvajmo je, kakva je takva je, ona je naša”, zaključio je Komšić.
