Komšić pisao Tužilaštvu, uhapšeni Osmanović mora biti iz Srbije izručen BiH
Željko Komšić, predsjedavajući Predsjedništva BiH i lider DF-a, pisao je prije nekoliko dana Tužilaštvu BiH i zatražio da se uhapšeni borac Osman Osmanović, koji se nalazi u pritvoru u Srbiji, izruči našoj državi.
Komšić je u dopisu Tužilaštvu BiH zatražio da se ova pravosudna institucija pozove na protokol potpisan sa Srbijom prema kojem bi Osmanović bio izručen BiH, čiji je državljanin.
Ovu informaciju potvrdio je za “Dnevni avaz” i Komšić. No, kako nam je rekao, još nije dobio odgovore. Komšić se odmah nakon vijesti o hapšenju Osmanovića usprotivio potezima Srbije i najavio reakciju.
Osmanović, podsjećamo, bivši direktor Porezne uprave Distrikta Brčko i nekadašnji pripadnik HVO-a i Armije RBiH, uhapšen je prije 15 dana na prijelazu Sremska Rača između BiH i Srbije i određen mu je pritvor.
