Lazarević: Prije 30 dana smo imali samo dva igrača, sada imamo čitav tim

U Gradačcu se mnogi ni ne sjećaju kada je Zvijezda posljednji put pobijedila u Orašju. Godinama unazad, Zmajevi su pognutih glava napuštali grad na Savi, no jučer je srušena neugodna tradicija.
Pogotkom mlađahnog Amar Mehića u nadoknadi je Zvijezda slomila Orašje i došla do pobjede na startu nove prvoligaške sezone. Mehiću je priliku u 89. minuti dao trener Mile Lazarević, a junior se iskupio na najbolji mogući način.
“Izuzetno sam zadovoljan zbog rezultata, posebno nakon što smo za nepunih 30 dana od dva igrača došli do čitave ekipe. Igramo i iznad prosjeka, iznad nekih mojih objektivnih očekivanja. Orašje nije lagan rival, ali izdržali smo sav pritisak i slavili, a tamo Zvijezda nije dobila 10 ili 11 godina. I zbog toga je ova pobjeda slatka”, govori trener Zvijezde Lazarević za SportSport.ba.
Jedini gol na meču postigao je junior Amar Mehić, ali dobar udio u trijumfu crveno-bijelih imaju i navijači, koji su u velikom broju stigli na stadion Goal.
“Rješavamo stvari u hodu, menadžeri su nam svašta nudili”
“Mladi igrači koje imamo su izuzetni talenti, a mali Mehić je dobio šansu i pokazao da na njega treba ozbiljno računati. Fenomenalna atmosfera, što isto tako treba naglasiti, navijači su od početka pomagali igračima. Tražio sam da igrači igraju za navijače, na poluvremenu sam im govorio da ne odustaju i da im se moraju odužiti pobjedom”.
Je li situacija u Gradačcu konačno onakva kakvu želite?
“Imali smo puno problema, ali sve u hodu rješavamo. Faktički imamo šest-sedam do osam kvalitetnih igrača, ali menadžeri nude razne igrače, onda se nagomila svega, pa trebate iskristalisati tim. Objektivno nismo za sami vrh. Ako nastavimo ovako, možemo da pomrsimo mnogima račune, ali teško da možemo da pariramo Veležu ili Olimpiku. Nemamo izrazitog igrača iz Premijer lige koji bi riješio utakmicu, mada smo tim i akcenat sam stavio na zajedništvo. To je ono što nas krasi i što bi trebala da bude naša pokretačka snaga”.
Prva liga FBiH je daleko ispred Prve lige RS
Vodili ste Zvijezdu, ali iz Etno sela Stanišić u Prvoj ligi RS. Je li razlika u kvalitetu evidentna?
“Poznajem prilike i u RS i u FBiH. Razlika je u kvalitetu i u financijama. Prva liga FBiH ima dosta premijerligaških igrača, klubovi su bogatiji i puno su bliže Premijer ligi nego klubovi iz RS-a. Novac je uglavnom ključan faktor koji na kraju i pravi razliku”.
Cilj Zvijezde?
“U ovom trenutku i sa financijama i sa dobro organizovanom upravom, moramo se stabilizovati. Dešavalo se zadnjih godina da ode kompletan igrački kadar, a to ne smije da se dešava. Jezgro ekipe uvijek mora da ostane. Trudit ćemo se da napravimo okosnicu tima, da gradimo ekipu za budućnost, pa da pokušamo nešto u narednoj sezoni, mada ćemo i ove gledati da doguramo što dalje”.
