Ljekari u devet kantona od danas u generalnom štrajku, rad već obustavljen u četiri kantona
Danas rad obustavljaju ljekari u Tuzlanskom kantonu, Zeničko-dobojskom kantonu, Bosansko-podrinjskom kantonu i Posavskom kantonu, a u Kantonu Sarajevo je zakazan sastanak s premijerom Elmedinom Konakovićem.
Ljekari u Unsko-sanskom, Srednjobosanskom, Hercegovačko-neretvanskom, Livanjskom kantonu još nisu obustavili rad, a u Zapadnohercegovačkom kantonu štrajka uopće neće biti.
“Imali smo manje od dvije sedmice da ispunimo sve zakonske uslove za štrajk, a s obzirom na to da to ide veoma sporo, pojedine ustanove i kantoni nisu stigli ispuniti uslove pa štrajk počinje u devet kantona, a obustava rada će ići sukcesivno. Od sastanka s premijerom Konakovićem zavisi da li će doći do obustave rada u KS jer smo vrlo blizu konačnog dogovora i potpisivanja ugovora”, kazao je za Klix.ba predsjednik Saveza strukovnih sindikata doktora medicine i stomatologije Rifat Rijad Zaid.
Podsjećamo, Sud u Tuzli zabranio je štrajk zdravstvenim radnicima UKC-a nakon žalbe uprave, a ljekari su na konferenciji za medije u petak kazali da rade u nehumanim i nedostojnim uslovima, zbog čega su dovedeni u situaciju da štrajkom traže svoja prava. Istakli su da je zabrana udar na dostojanstvo svakog ljekara u Tuzlanskom kantonu, ali i cijeloj BiH te da tužba ne odgađa i ne sprečava početak štrajka u UKC-u Tuzla, kao ni u domovima zdravlja i drugim zdravstvenim ustanovama na području kantona.
“U Tuzlanskom kantonu imamo opstrukciju i suludo stanje u kojem su premijer i Vlada protiv doktora medicine i stomatologije bez obzira na to što upravo iz tog kantona najviše ljekara odlazi u inozemstvo, bez obzira na to što je zdravstveni sistem u TK praktično pred kolapsom i što je naša ponuda i više nego poštena. Tražimo samo kolektivni ugovor i dajemo vremenski okvir za ispunjenje pojedinih stavki”, poručio je Zaid.
Ostali zdravstveni radnici sa područja Tuzlanskog kantona jutros su započeli štrajk. Tokom štrajka pružat će se zdravstveno ugroženim pacijentima, ali i onima kojima bi zdravlje moglo biti narušeno neadekvatnim zbrinjavanjem.
Zdravstveni radnici ističu da kolektivnim ugovorom žele postići promjene standarda i normativa ljekarskog zanimanja, poboljšanje uslova rada što smatraju elementarnim pitanjima za njihov status, ali i kvalitet rada koji se tiče pacijenata.
“Štrajk nije naša želja. Mi jednostavno želimo da kažemo ‘Ne’ omalovažavanju ljekarske struke. Želimo jednostavno vratiti svoje dostojanstvo, da se poprave uslovi rada na radnom mjestu. Ovo nije samo naša, već borba za svakog doktora koji je član našeg sindikata. Ovo je i borba za ostanak mladih kolega, odnosno sprečavanje odlaska mladog i stručnog kadra iz naše zemlje. Ovo je borba za budućnost zdravstva u BiH”, kazala je za Klix.ba prof. dr. Azijada Beganlić, predsjednica podružnice Strukovnog sindikata doktora medicine i stomatologije TK za Javnu zdravstvenu ustanovu Dom zdravlja u Tuzli.
Tokom generalnog štrajka uposlenici zdravstvenih ustanova u TK, odnosno domova zdravlja, rade po sporazumu o procesu rada i poslovima koji se ne smiju prekidati u ovakvoj situaciji.
Stomatolozi i ljekari u Zeničko-dobojskom kantonu danas su u 7:30 također stupili u štrajk.
Iako je Zeničko-dobojski kanton prvi u FBiH potpisao sporazum o kolektivnom ugovoru u septembru ove godine s predstavnicima ljekara, mjesec i po poslije on još uvijek nije sproveden u djelo, zbog čega su stomatolozi i ljekari jutros stupili u štrajk.
Zdravstvene ustanove i prijemne ambulante na području Zeničko-dobojskog kantona primat će samo hitne slučajeve, dok će drugi programi biti obustavljeni do ispunjenja potpisanog obećanja Vlade ZDK o kolektivnom ugovoru.
Obraćanje štrajkačkog odbora planirano je u 10:30 sati u Kantonalnoj bolnici Zenica, a ljekari će svoje vrijeme u štrajku provesti na radnim mjestima.
U štrajku ne učestvuje Zapadnohercegovački kanton jer sindikat doktora medicine i stomatologije u ovom kantonu još nije formiran.
“Obustava znači da će se raditi samo hitna stanja, odnosno ona koja su predmet dogovora s menadžmentom zdravstvenih ustanova o obaveznim i neodgodivim poslovima za vrijeme štrajka. Štrajk uključuje više od 100 zdravstvenih ustanova, domova zdravlja, ambulanti, općih bolnica, zavoda, klinika i svih ustanova koje u svom sastavu imaju ljekare. Očekujemo da se situacija riješi u ZDK jer je ugovor dogovoren prije mjesec, a još nikad nije potpisan. Imamo naznake da bi se u narednim danima mogla postići i saglasnost u SBK-u. U KS je ostao jedan član da se usaglasi”, kazao je Zaid.
Federalni granski kolektivni ugovor garantuje radnopravan status ljekara, a Zaid tvrdi da je njegovo nepotpisivanje poruka ljekarima da napuste zemlju.
