Minimalna penzija bit će 400 maraka
Zavod penzijsko-invalidskog osiguranja (PIO/MIO) FBiH za povećanje penzija u ovoj godini planira dobro odriješiti kesu te u tu namjenu izdvojiti 90 miliona KM, saznaje „Dnevni avaz“.
Retroaktivna isplata
Iz Zavoda PIO potvrdili su da će od 15. aprila doći do redovnog usklađivanja penzija koje je predviđeno novim zakonom o PIO-u, a koji je na snagu stupio 1. marta prošle godine. Ovim povećanjem od tri do 3,5 posto bit će obuhvaćeni svi penzioneri u FBiH osim oni koji imaju najveća primanja od 2.174 KM, a takvih je oko 500 od ukupno 413.000 korisnika.
Iz Zavoda tvrde da su stvoreni svi uvjeti za rast penzija.
– Zakonom je predviđeno da se usklađivanje izvrši po objavi službenih podataka o rastu realnog BDP-a i indeksa potrošačkih cijena. Mi ćemo nakon njihove objave donijeti odluku i spremni smo primijeniti povećanje – potvrdio nam je Tomislav Kvesić, portparol Zavoda PIO/MIO.
Inače, isplata će se vršiti retroaktivno. Tako bi na penzionerskim čekovima koji budu dijeljeni 5. maja trebalo biti i više novca, a rast od tri do 3,5 posto obuhvatit će penzije za januar, februar, mart i april.
Vanredna povećanja
Kako navodi Kvesić, to će biti peto povećanje po odredbama novog zakona.
Podsjećamo, u februaru je vanrednim povećanjem minimalna penzija porasla za 11 KM, odnosno 3,2 posto, i sada iznosi 359 KM, a s novim povećanjem koje će uslijediti za mjesec, trebala bi biti oko 370 KM.
Plan je da se minimalna penzija poveća na 400 KM, a to će biti moguće zbog narednih vanrednih povećanja koja su predviđena novim zakonom.
Isplata iz budžeta
Podsjetimo, od januara 2020. godine prijeći će se na tzv. trezorski sistem kojim će se nedostajuća sredstva za isplatu penzija osiguravati iz budžeta FBiH.
– Novim zakonom o PIO, koji je stupio na snagu u martu, predviđeno je da se sva nedostajuća sredstva osiguraju iz budžeta do petog u mjesecu – pojašnjavaju iz Zavoda i dodaju da će to biti garancija isplate penzija bez obzira na to kakav bude priliv sredstava.
