Ministar odbrane BiH Sifet Podžić na sajmu naoružanja u Kataru
Ministar odbrane Bosne i Hercegovine Sifet Podžić predvodio je 22. marta 2022. godine delegaciju Ministarstva odbrane i Oružanih snaga BiH na Međunarodnoj vojno-pomorskoj izložbi i konferenciji u Dohi (DIMDEX 2022), glavnom gradu Katara.
Ugledni sajam naoružanja i vojne opreme odvija se od 21. do 23. marta 2022. godine, pod pokroviteljstvom katarskog emira šeika Tamima bin Hamada Al-Thanija, a uz ministra Podžića u delegaciji su sekretar MO BiH Muhamed Smajić, šef Kabineta ministra odbrane BiH Kemal Korjenić te brigadir Srđan Čavić i pukovnik Hrvoje Turudić iz Zajedničkog štaba OS BiH.
Izložba DIMDEX 2022 obuhvata izlagače iz vojne i pomorske industrije više od 80 zemalja, a delegacija BiH je posjetu iskoristila za direktne kontakte sa predstavnicima proizvođača najsavremenijeg naoružanja i vojne opreme. Goste je u službenom susretu primio zamjenik premijera i ministar odbrane Katara Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Attiyah.
