Ministarstvo zdravstva Tuzlanskog kantona izdalo je naredbu kojom se svim zdravstvenim ustanovama i privatnim zdravstvenim radnicima koji imaju zaključen ugovor o pružanju zdravstvene zaštite sa Zavodom zdravstvenog osiguranja Tuzlanskog kantona nalaže da osiguranim licima Zavoda zdravstvenog osiguranja Tuzlanskog kantona pružaju zdravstvenu zaštitu bez traženja bilo kakvih vrsta ovjera do 31.03.2020. godine.

Radi epidemiološke situacije, preporučuje se svim osiguranim licima da izbjegavaju dolaske u poslovnice zdravstvenog osiguranja bez stvarne potrebe, a kako bi se izbjegle nepotrebne gužve.

Cijeneći trenutnu epidemiološku situaciju u svijetu i u BiH, te uzimajući u obzir činjenicu da se situacija svakodnevno mijenja vezano za širenje korona virusa (COVID-19), potrebno je poduzeti navedene mjere prevencije.

Radi epidemiološke situacije, preporučuje se osiguranim licima da izbjegavaju dolaske u poslovnice zdravstvenog osiguranja bez stvarne potrebe i samo u slučaju neodložnih obaveza i zahtjeva, te da ni u kojem slučaju ne dolaze ukoliko imaju respiratorne tegobe, hronične bolesti i uopšte teško zdravstveno stanje.

Prilikom komunikacije i razgovora između dvije osobe (osiguranog lica i radnika Zavoda) održavati udaljenost od najmanje jednog metra.

U poslovnicu zdravstvenog osiguranja propuštati jedno osigurano lice na jednog radnika kako bi se smanjio broj osoba u šalter salama, te ograničio ulazak na manji broj ljudi.

Radnicima Zavoda zdravstvenog osiguranja Tuzlanskog kantona preporučuje se često i temeljito čišćenje i dezinfekcija ruku i radnih površina.
