Ministri NATO-a danas raspravljaju o stanju BiH
U Rigi danas počinje dvodnevni sastanak ministara vanjskih poslova zemalja NATO-a.
Na sastanku će se voditi rasprava o Kosovu i Bosni i Hercegovini, a rasprava na dnevni red NATO-a dolazi nakon pritiska koji je obavio London kako bi se raspravljalo o potezima Milorada Dodika.
– Regija je strateški važna za NATO. Prešli su dug put od sukoba devedestih, ali smo nedavno svjedočili rastu tenzija. Na Kosovu NATO radi sa EU diplomatama, kako bi smanjili tenzije na granici, te implementirali nedavni dogovor Beograda i Prištine, istakao je Jens Stoltenberg, generalni sekretar NATO-a.
Dodao je da u BiH snažno podržavaju jedinstvenu državnu strukturu i multietničke oružane snage.
– Ali smo i zabrinuti zbog zapaljive retorike iz Republike Srpske. Tako da ćemo razgovarati o stalnoj ulozi NATO-a u promoviranju stabilnosti i sigurnosti u regiji. Naše kolege iz Finske i Švedske će nam se priključiti na ovoj sesiji, kao i visoki predstavnik EU Borell, jer jači smo i efikasniji kada zajedno radimo. Stoga se radujem sastanku ministara vanjskih poslova u Rigi, rekao je Stoltenberg.
