„Mliječna industrija 99“ d.o.o. je osnovana 2015. godine, kupovinom strateškog udjela od Zott International GmbH, Mertingen, Njemačka. Osnovna djelatnost naše kompanije je prerada i promet mlijeka i mliječnih prerađevina. Kompanije je locirana u Gradačcu, u sjeveroistočnom dijelu Bosne i Hercegovine, sa strateškom pozicijom u blizini granice sa Republikom Hrvatskom i odgovarajućim putnim komunikacijama.
Trenutno je u našoj kompaniji zaposleno 59 mladih i energičnih radnika, od kojih je 12 visokoobrazovanih, sa kontinuiranim rastom broja zaposlenih. Pored toga, preko 1500 zadovoljnih kooperanata dolaze kao rezultat ozbiljnog i sistemskog rada i pristupa otkupu sirovog mlijeka.
Također, naša kompanije je ponosni vlasnik nekoliko certifikata o kvaliteti i kontroli menadzmenta, sljedivosti proizvodnje, kontroli kvalitete, te Halal certifikata. Kao rezultat gore navedenih kompetencija, ponosni smo vlasnik EU licence za izvoz naših proizvoda u zemlje Evropske Unije, licence koja dokazuje da su naši proizvodi i proizvodni proces u standardu sa strogim regulativama Evropske Unije.

„Mliječna industrija 99“ d.o.o. u svom asortimanu ima preko 20 različitih proizvoda, koji su prepoznatljivi na tržištu pod brendom „Natura“. Pored toga, proizvodi naše kompanije se mogu naći i pod brendom „Milkland“, te pod brendovima drugih proizvođača i robnih marki.
UHT Mlijeko
UHT mlijeko je grupa proizvoda koja dolazi kao rezultat sterilizacije mlijeka na ultra visokim temperaturama (Ultra High Temperature), u kratkotrajnim vremenskim intervalima. Kao rezultat toga, dobija se mlijeko vrhunske kvalitete, koje doživljava veoma visok rok trajanja. Zahvaljujući posljednjim dostignućima tehnologija na polju UHT sterilizacije i tehnologija punjenja istog, koje su uspješno implementirane u proizvodnom procesu naše kompanije, sa ponosom ističemo da naša UHT mlijeka dostižu rok trajanja od 5 do 6 mjeseci, gdje naša konkurencija jedva dostiže 4 mjeseca.

Pavlake
Pavlaka je mliječni proizvod visoke energetske vrijednosti, koji se dobija skupljanjem masnoće sa površine mlijeka, koje je mirovalo određeni vremenski period. Usred djelovanja bakterija mliječnog porijekla, mlijeko se nakon određenog vremenskog perioda ukiseli, a samim tim i pavlaka na površini mlijeka, koja se izdvoji. U zavisnosti od dužine vremenskog intervala u kojem bakterije djeluju na mlijeko, tako se dobija neutralna (slatka) i kisela pavlaka. Proizvodi iz grupe pavlaka sadrže do 30% m.m.
Neutralna (slatka) pavlaka se skuplja prije početka procesa kiseljenja, i ista se uglavnom koristi za proizvodnju šlaga, sladoleda i kremove.
Kisela pavlaka je tip pavlake koja se skuplja u fazi kiseljenja, i puno je više u upotrebi od slatke pavlake. Kisela pavlaka ima širok spektar upotrebe i koristi se kao osnovna životna namirnica, te kao dodatak salatama, supama i ostalim jelima.

Jogurti
Jogurti su mliječni proizvodi koji nastaju prirodnim procesom fermentacije mlijeka, uz pristustvo bakterija. Djelovanjem bakterija u mlijeku dolazi do fermentacije mlijeka, pri čemu mliječni šećer (laktoza) prelazi u mliječnu kiselinu. Mlijeko se zagrijava na temperaturu od 42 do 45 stepeni, u vremenskom intervalu od 2 do 4h. Na ovaj način se dobija jogurt, koji se može proizvoditi na industrijskom nivou. Pored kravljeg mlijeka, iz kojeg se najčešće proizvodi, jogurti se mogu praviti i na bazi sojinog i bivoljeg mlijeka, ovisnosti o preferencijama ukusa potrošača. Jogurti su bogati mliječnim bjelančevinama, dok bakterije iz jogurta stvaraju kiselinu, koja uništava druge bakterije u ljudskim organizmima.
