Munib Halilović novi glavni federalni tužilac, Čampara ostao bez pozicije
Munib Halilović će biti novi glavni federalni tužilac. Odluka je to Visokog sudskog i tužilačkog vijeća (VSTV) Bosne i Hercegovine, koje je na današnjoj sjednici glasalo o tom imenovanju.
Odluka je donesena sa deset glasova za i jednim protiv, a glasanju nije prethodila bilo kakva rasprava.
U konkurenciji za tu poziciju je, podsjećanja radi, bio i državni tužitelj Dubravko Čampara, brat aktuelnog ministra unutrašnjih poslova Federacije BiH Aljoše Čampare.
Izbor glavnog federalnog tužioca je utoliko i bio intrigantniji, jer se u javnosti spekuliralo da se pozicija namješta upravo Dubravku Čampari. U kontekstu toga se spekuliralo i da se on nacionalno izjasnio kao Ostali, a da bi mogao biti imenovan. Međutim, OHR je također dao mišljenje te su iznijeli stav da ne postoji prepreka imenovanja Bošnjaka na ovu poziciju. Pitanje nacionalnosti se postavljano kao važno zbog nacionalnog balansa upravosudnim institucijama.
Dubravko Čampara je htio i u u fotelju sudije Ustavnog suda FBiH, ali to je ostala samo neostvarena ambicija. Čak su i Aljoši Čampari u SDA, dok ga još nisu bili razdužili iz te stranke, jasno rekli da stranka neće podržati Dubravkovo imenovanje u Ustavni sud FBiH.
