Vlada TK ostaje, o smjeni rukovodstva Skupštine TK odlučuje Ustavni sud FBiH
Na današnjoj sjednici Skupštine Tuzlanskog kantona nije došlo do smjene kantonalne vlade, iako je usvojen dnevni red sa tačkama koje su se ticale smjene rukovodstva Skupštine, kao i Vlade TK.
Prije glasanja o smjeni rukovodstva Skupštine, predsjedavajući tog zakonodavnog tijela Žarko Vujović i njegov zamjenik Boris Krešić pozvali su se na zaštitu vitalnog nacionalnog interesa srpskog i hrvatskog naroda, navodeći da prva tačka dnevnog reda, koja se odnosila na smjenu rukovodstva Skupštine TK, povrjeđuje vitalni nacionalni interes.
Uslijedilo je glasanje po klubovima konstitutivnih naroda, a prilikom glasanja Kluba Hrvata i Srba bio je izjednačen broj glasova 1:1.
Za smjenu aktuelnog rukovodstva Skupštine TK glasalo je 18 zastupnika, dok ih je 17 bilo protiv. Međutim, zbog rezultata glasanja u klubovima Srba i Hrvata o povredi vitalnog nacionalnog interesa, odluku o smjeni rukovodstva trebao bi donijeti Ustavni sud FBiH.
Zaključci i zapisnik glasanja bit će poslat Ustavnom sudu BiH na ocjenu ustavnosti, a do tada Vlada TK ostaje da radi u dosadašnjem sazivu.
