Na crnoj listi SAD-a je zbog korupcije, a u BiH će pratiti rad Agencije za prevenciju korupcije
Zajednički kolegij oba doma Parlamentarne skupštine BiH predložio je da se u ovu komisiju imenuje šest državnih parlamentaraca i to po tri iz Zastupničkog doma i Doma naroda Parlamentarne skupštine BiH. Među njima je i zamjenik predsjedavajućeg Doma naroda Parlamentarne skupštine BiH Nikola Špirić iz SNSD-a.
Ovo će biti četvrta komisija u koju je Špirić izabran u svojstvu delegata. Naime, odlukom većine on je prvo izabran za člana Komisije za finansije i budžet Doma naroda PSBiH, nakon toga za člana Zajedničke komisije za administrativne poslove i u konačnici za člana Zajedničke komisije za nadzor nad radom Obavještajnо-sigurnosne agencije BiH.
U trenutnom političkom bivstvovanju Nikole Špirića najzanimljivija je odluka o izboru u Zajedničku komisiju za nadzor nad radom OSA-e, a definitivno bit će i za člana Komisije za izbor i praćenje rada Agencije za prevenciju korupcije i koordinaciju borbe protiv korupcije.
“Državni sekretar SAD-a Michael Pompeo i Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova SAD-a posjeduju vjerodostojne informacije da je gospodin Nikola Špirić bio uključen u javnu korupciju i ostvario korist od nje, uključujući ostvarivanje nepropisne koristi tokom obavljanja javnih funkcija i ometanja javnih procesa tokom svog mandata kao člana Zastupničkog doma Parlamentarne skupštine Bosne i Hercegovine”, poručeno je iz Ureda za odnose s javnošću Ambasade SAD-a.
