Najavljuju proteste: Peradari tvrde da za njih nema novca u budžetu, šta kažu u Vladi FBiH
Udruženje peradara Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine tvrdi da za ovu granu stočarstva nije predviđen nikakav iznos u entitetskom budžetu za 2022. godinu u kojem je za poljoprivredu izdvojeno rekordnih 106 miliona KM.
– Peradari državi na ime poreza na dodatnu vrijednost uplaćuju desetke miliona KM, a kada trebamo dobiti poticaje, nema nas nigdje. Nismo uvršteni u raspodjelu sredstava iz budžeta i zbog toga smo ogorčeni. Zapošljavamo hiljade radnika, brojne firme su izvozno orijentisane, ali to se očigledno ne cijeni. Zbog toga razmišljamo o izlasku na proteste, u tom slučaju nekoliko stotina peradara došlo bi pred Vladu FBiH. Prije toga želimo razgovor s predstavnicima Vlade FBiH – kaže za Faktor Nermin Ahmić, predsjednik Udruženja peradara Zeničko-dobojskog kantona.
Pokušali smo saznati stav Vlade FBiH, ali su nam u resornom ministarstvu kazali kako će u četvrtak odgovoriti na naš upit.
Peradari u FBiH imaju podršku Koordinacije Udruženja peradara-živinara u BiH.
– Podržavamo stavove federalnog udruženja. Peradarstvo je u budžetu FBiH izostavljano iz podsticajnih mjera, iako smo jedna od najrazvijenih grana poljoprivrede u državi – rekao je za Faktor Edin Jabandžić, direktor kompanije Madi iz Tešnja i zamjenik predsjednika Koordinacije Udruženja peradara-živinara u BiH.
Osvrnuo se i na stalna poskupljenja pilećeg mesa.
– Nažalost, svjesni smo da mnogi građani neće moći uzimati pileće meso, pogotovo ono najskuplje. Ovo je najgora godina u poslovanju. Nemamo robnih rezervi, nemamo deponovanih žitarica. Pandemija koronavirusa bila je manji problem nego sada. Prije dvije godine predlagao sam da se daju maksimalni podsticaji poljoprivrednicima kako bi se u mnogo većim količinama nego ranije zasijale obradive površine. Međutim, ništa nije bilo od toga – ističe Jabandžić.
Njegove su procjene da bi situacija uskoro mogla biti još teža.
– Rusija i Ukrajine su velike svjetske žitnice iz kojih će, ukoliko ne stane ratni sukob, slabo ili nikako dolaziti žitarice. Morat ćemo uzimati u trećim zemljama koje su svjesne da mogu neograničeno podizati cijene. Zato, nisam optimista. Evo vam primjer. Srbija je nedavno izvezla 60.000 tona kukuruza u Italiju jer su tako ostvarili veći profit nego što bi to bio slučaj da su prodali BiH. Toliko o dobronamjernom komšiluku.
A životinje se moraju hraniti. Peradarstvo je specifično, vi ne možete, kao što je to slučaj s kravama, ovcama ili kozama, piliće istjerati na livadu i da se tamo hrane. Pilići se moraju hraniti na poseban način, a to košta svaki dan sve više i više – naglašava Jabandžić.
