Najbolji mladi igrači Prve lige Federacije i Prve lige RS dolaze iz Rudara, Zvijezde, Željezničara i Sloge
Bosna i Hercegovina je uvijek bila rasadnik fudbalskih talenata, a nekoliko aktuelnih reprezentativaca je svoju karijeru počelo u klubovima koji su se takmičili u nižim ligama.
Najbolji primjeri su Edin Višća (iz banovićke Budućnosti prešao u Željezničar, zatim u Istanbul), Smail Prevljak (iz konjičkog Igmana napravio transfer u Leipzig, trenutno u Salzburgu) te Rade Krunić (od Sutjeske iz Foče, preko Donjeg Srema, Borca iz Čačka, Verone pa do Empolija).
U prvom dijelu tekuće sezone u Prvoj ligi Federacije BiH i Prvoj ligi Republike Srpske do izražaja su došli sjajni talentovani fudbaleri, a BIH.ba – Reprezentacija.ba vam donosi najbolje mlade igrače u ove dvije lige.
Sedad Subašić (16. februar 2001. godine, vezni red, Rudar Kakanj)
Talentovani Sedad Subašić je sa samo 16 godina debitovao za prvi tim kakanjskog Rudara, a u tekućoj sezoni je odigrao 15 susreta u Prvoj ligi Federacije BiH, postigao dva gola i jednom asistirao. Sedad je nakon uspješnih igara u kadetskom timu Rudara, preskočio juniore i odmah se ustalio u seniorskoj momčadi. U ovoj sezoni je pokazao da je sigurno najbolji mladi igrač Prve lige Federacije BiH i neće bti iznenađenje ako ga uskoro budemo vidjeli u dresu nekog od najvećih bh. klubova.
Amar Mehić (28. septembar 2000. godine, vezni red, Zvijezda Gradačac)
Zvijezda iz Gradačca uvijek je u svojim redovima imala veliki broj odličnih mladih fudbalera, a osamanestogodišnji Amar Mehić je momak od kojeg se mnogo očekuje u ovom bh. prvoligašu. Amar igra u veznom redu i u 17 mečeva za Zvijezdu u tekućoj sezoni, postigao je četiri pogotka te ubilježio jednu asistenciju. Sa samo 18 godina, jedan je od najstandardnijih igrača u Zvijezdi i ponajbolji mladi igrač Prve lige Federacije BiH
Bojan Marković (13. novembar 1999. godine, napad, Željezničar Banja Luka)
Prvi dio sezone u Prvoj ligi RS definitivno je obilježio devetnaestogodišnji Bojan Marković iz Željezničara iz Banje Luke. Marković je najbolji strijelac šampionata sa 10 pogodaka iz 15 susreta. Bojan je u seniorskom fudbalu postigao 21 gol u 40 susreta za Željezničar, a s obzirom da je rođen 1999. godine, mogao bi se naći na spisku selektora Vinka Marinovića za kvalifikacione mečeve U21 BiH u narednom periodu.
Stanislav Panić (29. mart 2000. godine, lijevi bek, Sloga Gornje Crnjelovo)
Najveće iznenađenje u prvom dijelu sezone Prve lige RS sigurno je Sloga Gornje Crnjelovo, koja zauzima drugu poziciju sa 38 bodova i zaostaje samo tri boda za prvoplasiranim Borcem iz Banje Luke. Jedan od najvažnijih igrača Sloge je Stanislav Panić. Lijevi bočni je nastupio u 17 utakmica za Slogu, a u junu 2018. godine dobio je poziv U19 selekcije Srbije.
