NAJSLABIJE PLAĆENI POLICAJCI U FBIH
Policajci u Tuzlanskom kantonu imaju najniža primanja u FBiH i dok se bore da se to promijeni, kroz izmjene Zakona o javnom redu i miru dobili su u nadležnost kažnjavanje građana koji krše epidemiološke mjere.
U TK nikada nije usvojen Zakon o plaćama i naknadama policijskih službenika, koji je na nivou FBiH usvojen prije 10 godina, a obaveza je bila da ga kantoni usvoje u roku od 90 dana. Tako službenik u činu policajca u TK ima osnovnu plaću 698 KM i to je, uz njihove kolege iz Posavskog kantona, najniži iznos u FBiH.
– Na naš dopis u kojem tražimo donošenje Zakona o plaćama, prije nekoliko dana dobili smo pismo od Vlade TK, u kojem se kaže da je Zakonodavno-pravna komisija Skupštine TK naložila Ministarstvu unutrašnjih poslova izradu tog zakona. Kakvim će to tempom ići, još ne znamo. Mi smo još prije sedam-osam mjeseci uputili prednacrt u proceduru i mislim da je vrijeme da se sve ubrza – kaže Hasan Alić, predsjednik Upravnog odbora Sindikata policije MUP-a TK.
On ističe da kolege u drugim kantonima imaju višu osnovnu plaću, a razlika ide i do 25 posto.
Za ilustraciju, u Kantonu Sarajevo policajac ima veću plaću oko 250 KM u odnosu na kolegu u TK.
– U Zeničko-dobojskom kantonu osnovna plaća policajca je oko 810 KM i mi bismo željeli ići prema tom iznosu. Tražimo da se zakon donese hitno, a nivo povećanja se može dogovarati, dakle, ne insistiramo da sve bude odjednom – pojašnjava Alić.
Policajci u TK imaju pravo i da tuže Vladu TK zbog nedonošenja Zakona o plaćama jer je to zakonska obaveza.
– Kada bismo tužili Vladu TK, to bi bili milioni troškova. Ne prihvatamo izgovor da smo u vremenu pandemije jer policija je na najvećem udaru upravo sada. Policajac koji hapsi nekoga, radi uviđaj ubistva ili nesreće ne može nikome tražiti negativan test na koronavirus. Evo imamo izmjene Zakona o javnom redu i miru, gdje se opet stavljaju zahtjevi policiji, a niko ne spominje naše materijalno stanje. Pa i mi smo ljudi – navodi Alić.
On poručuje da ukoliko se nešto brzo ne poduzme, policajci neće imati drugog izbora, nego da krenu s podnošenjem tužbi.
