Nastavak 14. redovne sjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac
Juče je nastavljena 14. redovna sjednica Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac. Na samom početku je odata počast rano preminulom vijećniku Miralemu Kamberoviću.
Rad je nastavljen od 19. tačke dnevnog reda tj. Prijedloga Plana i programa rada JU “Apoteka” Gradačac za 2022. godinu. Nakon dugotrajne rasprave usvojen je Program uz zaključak da se zadužuje upravni odbor da dostavi šestomjesečni finansijski izvještaj o radu sa bilansom stanja i uspjeha na dan 30.06.2022 koji će pokazati da li je poslovanje u skladu sa predloženim Programom rada.
Gradski vijećnici su usvojili Akcioni plan za koheziju zajednice ( 2022.-2023.) kojim se definiše stepen kohezije unutar jedne zajednice zapravo predstavlja indikator otvorenosti zajednice, nivo tolerancije, međusobnog razumijevanja i poštovanja između različitih skupina, što je uslov za izgradnju zdravog društva, društva koje će svim pojedincima pružiti istu prilike da se iskažu u svom punom kapacitetu i na taj način daju doprinos u napretku cijele zajednice.
Vijećnici su usvojili Izvještaj o radu Gradskog vijeća za 2021. godinu, Izvještaj o ostvarivanju politike Grada Gradačac i aktivnostima Gradonačelnika za 2021. godinu i Izvještaj o radu inspekcija za 2021.
Gradonačelnik je u svom obraćanju istakao da je Grad Gradačac u protekloj godini radio na jačanju i unapređenje uprave što se realizuje kroz uspostavu procedura, za zakonit i transparentan rad gradske uprave. U izvještajnom periodu u ovom pogledu učinjeni su značajni rezultati. Unapređene i donešene nove u skladu sa certifikatom općina-gradova sa povoljnim okruženjem (BFC). Grad Gradačac je uspješno ispunio kriterije za recertifikaciju, pa je u skladu s tim zadržao regionalni BFC SEE certifikat (Business Friendly Certificate South East Europe).
Što se tiče unapređenja infrastrukture rađeno na izgradnji vodovodne mreže u južnom dijelu grada Gradačac a u gradskom području na izmjeni azbest cementne mreže. U putnu infrastrukturu je uloženo oko million i 750 hiljada KM a završen je i Vatrogasni dom. U završnoj fazi su Gradsko kino i Azil za napuštene životinje. Za sport je izdvojeno 564.000 KM a dodijeljene su I stipendije za učenike i studente sa područja grada Gradačac.
U prošloj godini je započet i druga faza projekta “Jačanje uloge MZ u BiH” kao i Adresni registar kojim će biti obilježene nazivima i brojevima ulice u Gradačcu.
Na kraju su usvojene Informacija o stanju bezbijednosti na području grada Gradačac za period januar-decembar 2021. kao i Informacija o planu upisa učenika u prve razrede srednjih škola u školskoj 2022/2023 godini.
