Neuspješna inicijativa SDP-a: Ministar unutrašnjih poslova Husein Topčagić “preživio” pokušaj smjene
S obzirom na to da nisu imali 12 potpisa zastupnika, kojim bi direktno na skupštini tražili smjenu ministra, Klub SDP-a predložio je inicijativu kojom traže da Skupština od premijera zahtijeva da smijeni ministra Topčagića. Međutim, kao što nisu imali trećinu zastupnika za direktnu smjenu, nisu imali ni većinu koja bi podržala incijativu.
– Ja ću podržati vašu inicijativu kada skupite 18 potpisa. Mislim da je ovo samo uzaludno trošenje vremena ukoliko nema dovoljan broj ruku. Jasno je zašto ste išli na ovaj način, to ste i sami rekli, jer nemate čak potrebnu trećinu potpisa zastupnika da biste sami pokrenuli tu inicijativu – rekao je danas u Skupštini premijer Tuzlanskog kantona Bego Gutić.
Zastupnici SDP-a imali su tri razloga zbog kojih su tražili smjenu ministra Topčagića. U SDP-u tvrde da je Topčagić u sukobu interesa, jer je građevinska firma njegovog brata dobijala milionske poslove od Vlade TK i nadležnih ministarstava. Također, smatraju ga odgovornim jer nije osigurao finansijsku neovisnost Uprave policije, što su tražile i međunarodne institucije u BiH, kao i što postupak prijema zaposlenih u MUP TK nije vršen na transparanetan način.
