Nijemci nas posebno cijene: Brendirana šljiva iz BiH prvi put izlazi u EU
Izvoz šljive iz BiH proizvođačima je prošle godine donio 12,5 miliona maraka. Taj izvozni rezultat ostvaren je dok su proizvođači iz drugih država na njemčakom tržištu svoje proizvode brendirali kao “bh. šljivu” i tako varali kupce. Ove godine na tržište Njemačke i EU-a bh. šljiva će prvi put izaći brendirana i zaštićena logom.
Potencijali za izvoz šljive iz BiH su veliki jer postoji duga tradicija izvoza, posebno u Njemačku. Brojke govore da je u 2016. izvoz šljive iznosio osam miliona maraka, prošle godine 12,5 miliona, a ove godine uz veliki urod koji se očekuje, rekordan izvoz ne bi trebao biti upitan.
– Ove godine imamo definiran logotip za pokovanja koja idu u EU. To je garant da je ta šljiva već kontrolirana u BiH te da zadovoljava kriterije po pitanju procesa proizvodnje i kvaliteta proizvoda – kaže Suad Selimović, sekretar Marketinške asocijacije BiH šljive.
On ističe da je do sada u BiH ostajao manji dio šljive koji je išao u preradu, a potom se opet, većim dijelom, izvozio na evrospko tržište.
– Vremenske prilike i stanje u voćarstvu ukazuju da ćemo imati dobar urod šljive. Naravno da nas se sada kada imamo zaštitni znak i logo tim otvara veći prostor u tržnim marketima EU-a – objašnjava Selimović.
Ove godine izvoz bi trebao krenuti u julu sa sortom čačanska ljepotica, koja prva prispjeva na našim prostorima.
U Kantonalnoj privrednoj komori TK uspostavljena je grupa agronoma savjetodavaca, kojima će imati zadatak da prate Marketinšku asocijaciju BiH šljive, odnosno da se pobrinu da proizvođači zadovolje Global G.A.P. standard, neophodan za izvoz na evropsko tržište.
– Da bi ispunili pravila Global G.A.P. standarda proizvođači se moraju pridržavati higijenskih pravila, moraju dokumentirati kompletnu proizvodnju i imati angažirana stručna lica za savjete. Također moraju raditi analizu plodova, ali i vode koju upotrebljavaju. Neki naši proizvođači već imaju Global G.A.P. standard, ali to trebamo omasoviti i širiti – kaže Mile Gluvačević, inspektor za međunarodne standarde u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji.
Koliko izvoz naše šljive, posebno u Njemačku, ima dugu historiju, dovoljno govori da su njemački šleperi u Podrinje dolazili još početkom 70-ih godina prošlog stoljeća. Tada je bilo teško naći nekoga ko govori njemački da se dogovori oko detalja, a danas uz stručnu podršku, naš izvoz bi mogao da se mjeri desecima miliona maraka. Rast koji se bilježi posljednje dvije godine ukazuje da bi baš tako moglo biti.
