Nikšić raspušta organe SDP-a u TK
Na osnovu ovlaštenja koje mu pruža Statut Socijaldemokratske partije BiH predsjednik SDP BiH Nermin Nikšić, donio je odluku o raspuštanju organa Kantonalne organizacije SDP Tuzlanskog kantona i uvođenja Povjereništva u tamošnju organizaciju, saopćeno je danas.
Kako se navodi u obrazloženju ove odluke, Kantonalni odbor SDP BiH TK na svojoj sjednici od 1. jula 2019. godine, donio je zaključak da su “u skladu sa svojim kapacitetom otpočeli razgovore o uspostavi vlasti na TK sa partnerima”, te da će učiniti sve kako bi se vlada u TK uspostavila u što kraćem vremenskom periodu.
“Odmah nakon toga imali smo priliku vidjeti kako su otpočeli razgovori sa SDA čime su nedvosmisleno prekršene odluke i zaključci Glavnog odbora SDP BiH potvrđeni usvajanjem izvještaja o radu tog organa SDP BiH od strane delegata Kongresa. Uprkos svim jasnim činjenicama nisam želio žuriti sa bilo kakvim sankcijama očekujući da će ljudi u rukovodstvu KO shvatiti težinu odluke koju su donijeli, te da će odustati od njene realizacije. Umjesto toga, svjedoci smo da se povećava medijski pritisak, da se produbljuje jaz unutar organizacije i narušava jedinstvo na način da se međusobno sukobljavaju organizacije, da se vrši pritisak na pojedine zastupnice i zastupnike kako bi ih se privolilo da promijene svoju odluku”, naveo je Nikšić.
On dalje kaže kako smatra da su KO i njegovo rukovodstvo donošenjem zaključaka o formiranju vlasti u TK, a posebno otvaranjem pregovora sa SDA, potpuno svjesno i grubo prekršili odluke i zaključke Glavnog odbora SDP BiH donesene na 17. sjednici GO SDP BiH održanoj 9. februara 2019. godine, te na 18. sjednici održanoj 19. marta, koje je prihvatajući izvještaj o njegovom radu potvrdio i 7. redovni Kongres, kao najviši organ Socijaldemokratske partije Bosne i Hercegovine.
“Članovi rukovodstva organizacije su svjesni kako je Statutom SDP BiH propisano da Glavni odbor SDP BiH jedini ima nadležnost da donosi odluku o uspostavljanju koalicija sa drugim strankama, zbog čega su zaključci KO SDP TK izvan njihove nadležnosti, pa samim tim i ne mogu proizvesti bilo kakvo dejstvo prema vani, ali ni unutra, prema članicama i članovima organizacija iz TK koji ih ne budu poštovali. Statutom SDP BiH, pored ostalog, propisano je da Predsjednik u hitnim slučajevima može donijeti odluke iz domena predstavljanja i zastupanja SDP BiH koje se temelje na odlukama i stavovima organa SDP BiH. Imajući u vidu da sam trenutno jedini organ na nivou SDP BiH u punoj funkciji, s jasno utvrđenim pravima i obavezama, svjestan činjenice da ovakvim djelovanjem rukovodstvo KO, koje se ponaša kao autonomni potpuno otuđeni dio organizacije i na taj način nanosi sve veću političku štetu po SDP BiH, svjesno krši odluke viših organa, narušava jedinstvo djelovanja u organizacijama i između pojedinih organizacija, iskoristio sam svoje ovlasti i donio odluku o raspuštanju organa KO SDP TK”, navodi se u saopćenju za javnost Nermina Nikšića.
