Na magistralnom putu Zenica – Nemila, kroz tunel Vranduk, tokom dana saobraća se dvosmjerno od 5 do 21 sat. U vremenu od 21 sat do 00:30 sati vozila se propuštaju naizmjenično, dok je u vremenu od 00:30 do 5 sati saobraćaj kroz tunel obustavljen. Za vrijeme obustave vozila do 7,5 tona ukupne mase koriste obilaznicu kroz naselje Tetovo, a vozila iznad 7,5 tona preusmjeravaju se na alternativne pravce Doboj – Šićki Brod – Sarajevo i Žepče – Zavidovići – Olovo – Sarajevo.
Na graničnim prelazima zadržavanja nisu duža od 30 minuta.
Iz sigurnosnih razloga obustavljen je saobraćaj za teretna vozila i autobuse na saobraćajnicama prema i od mosta graničnog prelaza Brčko-Gunja.
