Novalić: Niko od banovićkih rudara neće ostati bez posla
Federalni premijer Fadil Novalić poručio je danas rudarima Banovića da niko od njih neće ostati bez posla.
Novalić u izjavi za Fenu navodi da od jučer poslijepodne dobiva informacije da su rudari u Banovićima isprepadani jer im se svakodnevno govori da će biti otpušteno čak 1.500 rudara.
– Očigledno je da u pozadini politička igra u kojoj Vlada FBiH ne želi i neće da učestvuje. Žao mi je što pojedinci koji su se dobro okoristili o Rudniku Banovići plaše rudare, koji rade jedan odnajtežih i najčasnijih poslova. Poručujem svim rudarima da niti jedan od njih neće ostati bez posla, a u prilog tome kao dokaz mojih tvrdnji je i odluka sa zadnje sjednice Vlade FBiH od 3. oktobra gdje smo dali saglasnost za prijem 141 radnika i zadužili Upravu Rudnika Banovići da nastavi konkursnu proceduru za prijem radnika u radni odnos koji trenutno rade na određeno radno vrijeme od kojih su 52 radnika površinske eksploatacije, 50 podzemne eksploatacija, 21 radnik separacija i 18 radnika željezničkog transporta – rekao je Novalić.
Podsjeća da je Vlada FBiH krajem septembra upoznata sa Informacijom Federalnog ministarstva energije, rudarstva i industrije o implementaciji kolektivnog ugovora za područje djelatnosti rudarstva u FBiH uz koju je usvojeno nekoliko zaključaka. Tada je prihvaćena inicijativa reprezentativnih sindikata rudarstva u FBiH da se produži primjena kolektivnog ugovora od 15.12. 2017. godine, koji je prestao da važi 11. 9. 2019. sve dok ne bude postignuta saglasnost za zaključenja novog, a Uprava JP Elektroprivrede BiH d.d. Sarajevo je zadužena da ubrza realizaciju Zaključka Vlade FBiH od 22.8.2019. godine kojim je zadužena da zajedno sa Upravom Privrednog društva RMU “Banovići” d.d. Banovići formira zajednički tim kojim će otpočeti i voditi konsultacije sa predstavnicima reprezentativnih sindikata u cilju pripreme pregovora za zaključenje izmjena i dopuna vazećeg kolektivog ugovora.
– Molim rudare da ne nasjedaju na bilo kakve političke provokacije, a Vlada FBiH će nastaviti raditi na poboljšanju uslova rada i većih primanja rudara – poručio je premijer Novalić.
