Novalić: Poslodavci koji nisu redovno plaćali obaveze nemaju pravo na subvencije
Premijer Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine Fadil Novalić pojasnio je danas da privredni subjekti koji nisu redovno plaćali svoje obaveze do 29. februara neće imati pravo na subvencije predviđene zbog panedemije koronavirusa Covid-19.
Govoreći o Prijedlogu zakona o ublažavanju negativnih ekonomskih posljedica pandemije koronavirusa, kazao je da ukoliko brzo taj zakon bude usvojen u Federalnom parlamentu, on će biti garancija da se ne trebaju otpuštati radnici.
– Zakon će biti već večeras upućen u parlamentarnu proceduru. On se ne može razmatrati odvojeno od rebalansa budžeta jer je on dio rebalansa, a sutra navečer će i taj dokument biti pripremljen – najavio je Novalić.
Budući da se ipak očekuje povećan broj prijave građana na biroe za zapošljavanje, Novalić je kazao da su biroi projektirani tako da mogu odgovoriti ovoj situaciji, ali ukoliko bude potrebno Vlada FBiH će iz Stabilizacijskog fonda osigurati sredstva za biroe kako bi servisirali povećan broj prijavljenih.
Kada su u pitanju krediti građana, federalni premijer Fadil Novalić kazao je da je sasvim sigurno da ih neće vraćati oni koji izgube posao.
Pojasnio je da će Vlada FBiH izmiriti obaveze poslodavaca za minimalnu platu za sve u FBiH ravnopravno, a poslodavac može isplaćivati i veće plate zaposlenicima, ali ukoliko one budu veće od minimalne plate, što se priželjkuje, na razliku plate poslodavci će morati platiti obaveze.
Odgovarajući na pitanje novinara o eventualnom kopiranju mjera koje poduzimaju zemlje regiona, Novalić je kazao da se poduzimanje mjera redovno prati, ali ukoliko bi ih kopirali onda bi bili iza njih jer je, primjera radi, samo Slovenija usvojila ovakav zakon, a u FBiH je namjera da se to učini do kraja sedmice.
