– Prvi zakon odnosio se na sve koji su pali na ispod 20 posto prometa. Pokazalo se da to nije bio tako veliki broj koliko smo očekivali, što je u krajnjoj liniji dobro, ali ne možemo se praviti da ne postoji i dalje ekonomski utjecaj pandemije vrlo negativan – istakao je Novalić.
Nakon šest mjeseci, nastavlja, uočili smo da su neke grane prošlo mnogo lošije, i to katastrofalno loše kao što su turizam odnosno hoteli, aerodromi apsolutno nemaju prometa.
I izvoznici su ugroženi, ukazao je Novalić, jer ne postoji tražnja na Zapadu.
– Mi bismo sad formatirali jedan budžetski program kroz ministarstva, putem uredbi, koji je niži level od korona zakona, da potpomognemo samo te ciljane grane kroz ministarstva prometa, turizma i privrede – rekao je Novalić.
Na pitanje jesu li to ona sredstva iz koronazakona, naglasio je da budžet ne raspoznaje bojenje sredstava.
– Budžet je pet milijardi i ne kaže vam da ove pare su obojene strogo za penzioni… Znači, mi budžet od pet milijardi koristimo u skladu sa Zakonom o izvršenju budžeta. Tako da, jeste, potencijalno bi se moglo reći – da to su ta sredstva, jer tamo nisu utrošena, ali znate kako je u budžetu – sredstva dolaze i odlaze – pojašnjava Novalić.
Naveo je da će Vlada ovih dana, možda već i sutra pripremiti informaciju, a kroz nekoliko narednih sedmica kreirati i program u skladu sa potrebama tržišta.
Upitan razmišlja li se o korona 2 zakonu, Novalić je kazao: “Ne. Pazite, presloženo je da neki zakon guramo, i ovaj smo dugo, dva mjeseca, gurali”.
– Treba reagirati mnogo brže. Ne razmišljamo, ali ovaj ima karakter korona 2 zakona. Po novcu je praktično gotovo isti. Drugo, zaboravljamo svi da je na korona zakonu bilo i oslobađanje od akontacija za dobit, i to mnogo više novca od 100 miliona koji se ne mora platiti. Zatim smo oslobodili i opštinama 80-100 miliona. Sve je to bio novac obojen tačno na preveniranje zdravstvenih i ekonomskih posljedica pandemije korone – dodao je Novalić.
