Od 26 mineralnih voda na našem tržištu samo je sedam domaćih

Bosna i Hercegovina je raj za uvoz mineralnih i prirodnih voda, a jasno je po trgovinskoj razmjeni u ovoj oblasti gdje naša zemlja godinama bilježi vrlo visok deficit.
U našoj zemlji, koja je dokazano bogata vodom i ima sve uvjete da zadovolji potrebe domaćeg tržišta, kao i da izvozi, ipak dominiraju vode stranih proizvođača.
Ovo potvrđuje i službena lista priznatih prirodnih mineralnih i prirodnih voda koju je objavila Agencija za sigurnost hrane BiH.
Prema podacima Agencije, tokom 2020. godine od 26 priznatih prirodnih mineralnih voda u BiH samo sedam je domaćih. Situacija je bolja kada je riječ o priznatim prirodnim izvorskim vodama, gdje brojčano dominiraju domaći proizvođači.
Predsjednik Udruženja „Kupujmo i koristimo domaće – kvalitetno proizvedeno u BiH“ Admir Kapo kazao je za „Avaz“ da je slično stanje praktično u svim industrijskim oblastima u BiH.
Svijest građana
– Dominacija stranih tržnih centara u prošlosti je ostavila traga jer su oni plasirali proizvode iz država iz kojih dolaze. Manje-više, ta praksa je ostala i danas. Ukoliko pokušate zakonski zaštititi domaće proizvođače, uvijek će se naći rupa u zakonu i neko će reći da mi kršimo neke međunarodne propise – istakao je Kapo.
Dodao je da jedino što preostaje jeste da se promijeni svijest građana, jer borba sa stranim lobijima je borba s vjetrenjačama.
– Mi smo protočni bojler, ovdje uvozi ko šta hoće i prodaje. Nemamo apsolutno nikakav mehanizam zaštite domaćeg tržišta barem u onim privrednim granama gdje imamo domaće proizvode. Sve to traje već 25 godina. Pokušajte zamisliti da barem jedan mjesec građani BiH ne kupe nijednu flašu strane vode, pa svi uvoznici bi automatski odustali. To je najbrži način ekonomskog jačanja naših proizvođača – naglasio je Kapo.
Vancarinske barijere kao štit
– Države u regionu se štite tzv. vancarinskim barijerama. Nije zabranjeno izvoziti vodu u Hrvatsku, ali kad dođete na granicu, ne priznaju vam analize kvaliteta iz Sarajeva, već se mora platiti analiza u Zagrebu, koja košta oko 1.500 KM. Zatim po svakoj PVC boci vam naplate 15 ili 20 lipa. Dakle, zakonski je napravljeno da se proizvođaču uzme kompletna zarada, a kako bi odustali od uvoza u Hrvatsku – pojasnio je Kapo.
