Održana 11. redovna sjednica Općinskog vijeća
Radi davanja u zakup neizgrađenog gradskog zemljišta i javnih površina, kao i korištenja taxi stajališta za 2018.godinu, donesene se odluke o visini zakupa, odnosno naknade. Pored ovih odluka doneseno je više odluka imovinsko-pravnog karaktera o prodaji, zamjeni i kupovini nekretnina i gubitka statusa javnog dobra, radi omogućavanja prometa. Kupovina nekretnina vrši se radi realizacije infrastrukturnih projekata.
Prodaja nekretnina vršit će se putem licitacije na lokaciji Požarike k.o. Gradačac I kroz 4 parcele, početne cijene 30 KM/m² prema procjeni sudskog vješataka.
Na sjednici je razmatran Nacrt Odluke o prodaji zemljišta u vlasništvu Općine Gradačac, za izgradnju Gradske garaže i Tržnog centra utvrđenog Regulacionim planom Centra. Prodaja bi se vršila suvlasničkog dijela 1769/2932 odnosno 1769m², sa procijenjenom početnom cijenom od 1.064.690,34 KM odnosno 601,86 km po m², putem licitacije. Odluka predviđa prodaju suvlasničkog dijela parcele, uz etažnu podjelu objekta i zajedničku izgradnju gdje bi Općina Gradačac gradila garažu od dva sprata, dok bi investitor preuzeo izgradnju tržnog centra na dva sprata i parkinga na krovu objekta. Usvajanjem Nacrta Odluke otvorena je javna rasprava o ovoj temi a svu dokumentaciju vezanu za istu ( Materijali za 11. Radnu sjednicu ) možete pogledati na zvaničnoj web stranici Općine Gradačac.
Vijećnicima je predstavljeno izabrano idejno rješenje garažno-poslovnog objekta. Nakon rasprave Općinsko vijeće je prihvatilo Nacrt odluke kao dobru osnovu za izradu Prijedloga, u koju će se uzeti u obzir prijedlozi i sugestije iznesene na sjednici Vijeća kao i javnosti.
Na ovoj sjednici Vijeće je razmotrilo i Ugovor o javnim vodnim uslugama između Općine Gradačac i JP Komunalac d.d. Gradačac. Data je Saglasnost na isti i ovlaštenje općinskom načelniku za potpisivanje u ime Općine Gradačac.
Ovaj ugovor je jedan od značajnih dokumenata za efektivnost ugovora o zajmu između BiH i EBRD-a u realizaciji projekta o vodosnabdijevanju Gradačca. Istim se regulišu odnosi između Općine i operatera , korištenje javnih dobara , utvrđivanju cijene usluge i druga pitanja od značaja za kvalitetno upravljanje vodovodnim sistemom i snabdijevanje građana i privrede na području općine Gradačac.
Općinsko vijeće upoznato je s informacijom o održanim skupštinama JP Komunalac d.d. kao i odredilo punomoćnika za vanrednu skupštinu koja će se održati početkom februara.
Vijeće je također razmotrilo izvještaj o deminiranju za 2017. Godinu kao i Nacrt zakona o izmjenama i dopunama zakona o predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju.
