Olakšati upis na fakultete djeci demobilisanih boraca
Ministar za boračka pitanja Tuzlanskog kantona Zoran Blagojević razgovarao je sa ministrom obrazovanja i nauke TK Ahmedom Omerovićem i zastupnikom u Skupštini TK Midhatom Čauševićem o upisu djece iz reda boračke kategorije u novu akademsku godinu.
Poseban akcenat na sastanku posvećen je upisu djece iz reda demobilisanih branilaca, s obzirom na to da su ona, prema Federalnom zakonu o pravima demobilisanih branilaca i članova njihovih porodica, beneficije pri upisu do sada osvarivala putem Federalnog ministarstva obrazovanja.
Budući da ovo pravo od 2019. godine nikada nije zaživjelo u praksi, današnji sastanak je bio prilika da se sagledaju mogućnosti da se ponovo olakša djeci demobilisanih boraca da koriste to pravo kao i djeca ratnih vojnih invalida i poginulih boraca/šehida. Ministarstvo za boračka pitanja Tuzlanskog kantona će, rečeno je ovom prilikom, pokušati u svojim Izmjenama i dopunama zakona o dopunskim pravima boraca i članova njihovih porodica da to ponovo vrati na nivo kakav je bio prije donošenja federalnog zakona, 2019. godine.
