Otvoren 47. Međunarodni sajam šljive u Gradačcu
Premijer Tuzlanskog kantona Denijal Tulumović otvorio je 47. Međunarodni sajam poljoprivrede i prehrambene industrije – Sajam šljive u Gradačcu.
Tulumović je u svom obraćanju istakao kako gradačački Sajam šljive predstavlja oslonac privrednog razvoja u Tuzlanskom kantonu i čestitao organizatoraima što su uspjeli u nakani da u kontrolisanim uslovima organizuju jednu ovakvu privrednu manifestaciju.
Ovogodišnja sajamska manifestacija održava se u specifičnim okolnostima. Zbog pandemije koronavirusa reducirani su izložbeni kapaciteti na oko 2.500 m2 otvorenog i zatvorenog prostora. Na sajmu, koji će trajati četiri dana, svoje će proizvode i usluge prezentovat oko 150 izlagača iz Bosne i Hercegovine i zemalja regiona.
– Sajmovi su bitna traka za razvoj ekonomije, posebno malih i srednjih preduzeća i zato treba pohvaliti ustrajnost organizatora da održe kontinuitet priređivanja međunarodnog sajma poljoprivrede i prehrambene industrije, Sajma šljive u Gradačcu. Mjesta gdje se vodi računa o autohtonom proizvodu i porijeklu hrane. Kvaliteta hrane i bioraznolikost se zadržala zahvaljujući ustrajnosti i radu poljoprivrednih proizvođača. Sve to ovom sajmu daje autentičnost. Gradačački sajam postao je simbol normalnog poslovanja i povratku privrednog razvoja koji privrednici iščekuju u ovim teškim vremenima – rekao je Tulumović.
Ministar poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede u Vladi TK Mustafa Šakić je istakako kako je Vlada u proteklih godinu dana obezbjedila duplo više sredstava za poticaje u poljoprivredi.
– Uvidjeli smo nedostatke i potrebe poljoprivrednika i naša je obaveza bila da ih podržimo. Sa 3,6 miliona ove godine poticaje smo podigli na 7,6 miliona KM kako bi smo omogućili kontinuiran razvoj poljoprivredne proizvodnje u Tuzlanskom kantonu. Nažalost, u moru nedaća poljoprivredne kulture su pretrpjele štetu od nevremena i grada. Zbog toga smo poduzeli dodatne aktivnosti na proširenju protivgradne zaštite na području Tuzlanskog kantona – rekao je Šakić.
Prisutnima su se obratili u ime izlagača gradonačalnik grada Srebrenika Nihad Omerović, medijskih partnera direktor RTV TK Kasim Softić, te pokrovitelja Muamer Dervišević, predstavnik Ministarstva privrede Kantona Sarajevo. Istakli su da se mora iskoristiti sistemska integralna podrška kako bi se osigurala proizvodnja i ruralni razvoj, te pozvali sve nadležne institucije da podrže razvoj poljoprivredne i prehrambene industrije u Bosni i Hercegovini.
– Danas su osjećanja podjeljena. Tužan sam što zbog pandemije COVID-19 nismo uspjeli napraviti najveći sajam do sada, što nam je to ove godine bila namjera. Istovremeno, sretan sam što smo se ponovo okupili i nismo prekinuli tradiciju, rekao je Hašim Šabanović, direktor Gradačačkog sajma.
Međunarodni sajam poljoprivrede i prehrambene industrije – Sajam šljive je najstarija specijalizovana privredna manifestacija u Bosni i Hercegovini. Osnovan je 1969. godine pod nazivom “Dan šljive” i ovo je 25. sajam koji se održava u kontinuitetu od 1996. godine do danas.
Posjetioci će, uz pridržavanje higijensko-epidemioloških mjera, imati priliku da vide prezentacije najnovijih proizvoda i usluga iz oblasti proizvodnje i prerade hrane i pića, poljoprivredne mehanizacije i zaštitnih sredstava.
Ulaz za posjetioce je besplatan, a sajam traje od 25. do 28. augusta, saopćili su organizatori.
