Pandemija ”natjerala” građane da se bave poljoprivredom
Sve više zahtjeva za novčanu podršku
Dobrim dijelom, proljetna sjetva u Federaciji BiH je u završnoj fazi. Do sada je zasijana većina poljoprivrednih kultura, poput krompira, luka, kukuruza, završena je sadnja u plastenicima, a uskoro ide i sadnja povrća na otvorenim površinama. Kako navode u Udruženju poljoprivrednika Federacije BiH, nije ih usporila pandemija korona virusa, naprotiv, mnogo je veći broj onih koji su se ove godine odlučili obrađivati zemlju. To se vidi po podacima o zatraženoj novčanoj podršci upućenoj federalnom resornom ministarstvu.
”Povećan je broj korisnika u proizvodnji, negdje 17 hiljada je više da se prijavilo u odnosu na prošlu godinu. 17 hiljada više ljudi se prijavilo da će zasijavati određene površine, to automatski vuče da je dosta toga više i zasađeno”, navodi Nedžad Bićo, predsjednik Udruženja poljoprivrednika FBiH.
Po ovome se može zaključiti da su građani odlučili poljoprivredi posvetiti više pažnje. Pitanje je, da li je to zbog najava da bi moglo doći do nestašice određenih poljoprivrednih proizvoda na ljeto ili jesen. Bićo se ipak nada da će svi koji su ove godine počeli obrađivati zemlju, u poljoprivredi ostati i u budućnosti. Na federalnom nivou, do sada je za proljetnu sjetvu izdvojeno više od devet miliona KM.
”Tih obećanja ima. Jedan dio se ispoštovano, drugi dio nije. Valjda je završen javni poziv, sad koliko će se to brzo realizovati, ne znam. Kako znamo, to sve ide presporo, ali eto o poljoprivredi se nakon dugo godina puno priča”, rekao je Bićo.
Dodatna sredstva su osigurali kantoni i općine. Vlada Tuzlanskog kantona putem resornog ministarstva svakom gradu ili općini uplatila je sredstva od po 100 hiljada KM.
”Na tih 100 hiljada KM, općine i gradovi će dobiti po 100 hiljada KM iz Federalnog ministarstva poljoprivrede, tako da će na raspolaganju imati 200 hiljada KM za početak, računamo da će svaka općina iz svojih budžeta izdvojiti dio sredstava što će biti za početak sasvim dovoljno kada je u pitanju proljetna sjetva”, ističe Mustafa Šakić, ministar poljoprivrede, vodoprivrede i šumarstva TK.
Poljoprivrednici, prema sadašnjim propisima javnog poziva na nivou Federacije, mogu dobiti podršku do hiljadu KM. U okviru Programa poticaja poljoprivredi Tuzlanskog kantona, bit će osigurana dodatna sredstva za sadnju kukuruza. Kantonalno ministarstvo podržava poljoprivrednike koji zasiju površine do dva hektra kukuruza. Kako navodi resorni kantonalni ministar, za poljoprivredu u cjelini, osigurana su skoro duplo veća sredstva ove, u odnosu na prošlu godinu.
”Za poljoprivredu mi smo u Programu ove godine imali 4,5 miliona KM plus obezbijedili smo 600 hiljada KM od Federalnog ministarstva za program plasteničke proizvodnje i voćarstva, te protivgradna zaštita u općini Lukavac, gradu Srebrenik i općini čelić. Osigurat ćemo rebalansom još iznos oko tri miliona KM, sveukupno taj iznos treba biti 8,1 milion”, kaže Šakić.
Prema najavama, u narednom periodu će se povećavati i broj farmera u Federaciji BiH. Svi se nadaju podršci od države.
