ODBAČEN PRIJEDLOG RUSKE AMBASADE: PIC osudio najavu apelacije SDA, ali odbio oštre kvalifikacije Rusije
Vijeće za implementaciju mira smatra da je najavljena apelacija SDA Ustavnom sudu o preispitivanju naziva manjeg bh. entiteta pogrešan korak najveće bošnjačke stranke u BiH, ali članice PIC-a nisu prihvatile preoštre kvalifikacije tog čina koje je bila predložila ambasada Rusije u dosluhu s političkim vođstvom Republike Srpske.
Kako “Slobodna Bosna” doznaje, ruski prijedlog kominikea odbili su u prvom redu predstavnici SAD-a i Turske, kao i praktično sve evropske države, dok je na izvornom tekstu i najoštrijim osudama insistirao samo predstavnik Rusije.
Nakon završene sjednice PIC-a, prvi se novinarima obratio upravo ruski predstavnik, Petar Ivancov. On je rekao da se ne slaže sa danas usvojenim stavovima PIC-a.
“Rusija se nije saglasila sa zajedničkom izjavom PIC-a, jer je ona uopštena. Svi su krivi i niko nije kriv”, kazao je Ivancov, koji je zahtjev za vanrednu sjednicu uputio isti dan kada je SDA poslala saopćenje za javnost u kojem najavljuje da u narednom periodu namjerava uputiti apelaciju Ustavnom sudu Bosne i Hercegovine.
“Ako želite od mene čuti nešto loše o SDA, to se neće dogoditi. Moj odnos je poštovanje prema svim strankama i liderima. Prijetnja obraćanjem Ustavnom sudu BiH da bi se promijenilo ime Republike Srpske je ozbiljna greška. To izaziva nestabilnost i smanjuje povjerenje među narodima i zaustavlja formiranje vlasti”, poručio je Ivancov.
Na pitanje zašto nikada nije tražio sjednicu PIC-a kada Milorad Dodik poziva na otcjepljenje RS-a i slično, kazao je da i on može navesti mnoštvo primjera, ali da on želi da govori o ovom aktuelnom trenutku.
“Svako od nas bi mogao pričati o raznim situacijama, o izjavama Milorada Dodika, trećem entitetu i sl. Tražio sam ovu sjednicu zbog aktuelne političke situacije”, zaključio je Ivancov.
Podsjećamo, predsjednik SDA Bakir Izetbegović kazao je ranije na konferenciji za medije kako predsjedniku SNSD-a Miloradu Dodiku i vladajućoj strukturi entiteta RS daje rok pola godine da promijene ponašanje koje ide na štetu Bosni i Hercegovini.
Izetbegović je poručio da bi SDA mogla odustati od zahtjeva za ocjenu ustavnosti u tom slučaju, odnosno da će, ukoliko vlast RS-a ne promijeni ponašanje, apelaciju uputiti predstavnici SDA u Narodnoj skupštini RS-a.
Iz SDA su međunarodnim faktorima poručili kako najava apelacije nije izazvala nikakve tenzije već su, upravo suprotno, svakodnevne zapaljive izjave i postupci Milorada Dodika i drugih zvaničnika entiteta RS kojima se podriva povjerenje među narodima, i izostanak reakcije na njih, izazvali najavu ovakve apelacije.
