Policija otkrila ko je urinirao u fontanu u Tuzli
Postupajući u vezi objave i fotografije na društvenoj mreži Facebook, na kojoj je zabilježeno naročito drsko ponašanje i vršenje fiziološke potrebe na fontani u Tuzli od strane NN muške osobe, u srijedu su policijski službenici PU Tuzla/PS Centar poduzeli odgovarajuće operativne provjere na terenu u cilju identifikacije lica, te utvrdili da se radi o A.S., rođen 1997. godine nastanjeom u Srebreniku.
Istog dana, u službenim prostorijama sa A.S. je obavljen razgovor na navedene okolnosti, te je istom zbog evidentiranih prekršaja, uz saglasnost dežurnog sudije Općinskog suda u Tuzli (Odjeljenje za prekršaje), uručen prekršajni nalog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz člana 3. stav 1. tačke 3. i 31. Zakona o javnom redu i miru Tuzlanskog kantona.
Daljim provjerama, ustanovljeno je da je za A.S. raspisana centralna potraga MUP-a Kantona Sarajevo zbog krivičnog djela Teška krađa, shodno kojoj je imenovani lišen slobode, te će danas biti predat policijskim službenicima MUP-a Kantona Sarajevo na dalje postupanje.
