POVEĆANJE BROJA ZAPOSLENIH: Privrednici i općina Gradačac u zajedničkoj misiji 31/08/2018
U najsjevernijoj općini Tuzlanskog kantona iz godine u godinu raste broj zaposlenih. Otvaraju se nove kompanije, a postojeće šire kapacitete. Rastu proizvodnja i izvoz: 2017. godina je prva godina u kojoj je vrijednost izvoza premašila vrijednost uvoza. Razlog je to da popričamo sa gospodinom Mustafom Šakićem, diplomiranim ekonomistom, pomoćnikom Općinskog načelnika za privredu, budžet i finansije.
Evo nekih šest godina kako je na čelu Općine načelnik Edis Dervišagić, jasno je zajedničko opredjeljenje i administracije i privrednika, zajednički kontinuirani rad na stvaranju što boljih uslova za rast i razvoj privrednih kapaciteta.
Rezultat tog timskog rada je stvaranje „Privrednog savjeta“, tijela koje je sastavljeno od ljudi iz općinske administracije i privrednika. Takodjer, kao rezultat možemo navesti i „BFC“ certifikat koji je dobila općina Gradačac kao Općina sa povoljnim poslovnim okruženjem. Samim dobijanjem ovog certifikata signal je potencijalnim investitorima da smo Općina u koju vrijedi ulagati. Moramo se pohvaliti da smo jedina Općina na Tuzlanskom kantonu koja je vlasnik ovog certifikata.
Naš zajednički rad ogleda se i u tome da zajednički raspravljamo i o budžetu Općine, koji iz godine u godinu raste i u ovih šest godina je porastao za 2 miliona KM. Osnovni zadatak kada je u pitanju pomoć privrednom sektoru je i predlaganje infrastrukturnih projekata u industrijske zone za što bolje uslove našim privrednicima. Rezultat ovog zajedničkog načina funkcionisanja je rast broja zaposlenih i smanjenje broja nezaposlenih. Uzet cu za primjer i komparaciju 2012 i 2017 godinu! Na kraju 2012 godine je u Gradačcu bilo zaposleno 6420 osoba, a na kraju 2017 8939osoba (podaci iz Poreske uprave FBiH). To je povećanje za nekih 2500 radnika ili gotovo za nekih 30% u odnosu na raniji period. Istovremeno smanjio se broj nezaposlenih sa 7834 na 6596!
I pored svih pozitivnih pokazatelja mi već u narednom periodu planiramo korak dalje ! Cilj nam je da u narednom periodu, opet zajedno sa UNDP-om i našim privrednicima izgradimo jedan moderan centar za prekvalifikaciju radne snage, a sve s ciljem prekvalifikacije radne snage prema potrebama tržišta! I tu moramo naglasiti da će ovaj Centar biti jedinstven na području regije sjevero-istočna Bosna!
Za kraj, gospodin Šakić nam je rekao, da je za 06.09. 2018. godine zvanično najavljeno i otvaranje još jedne fabrike u vlasništvu TMD Group. Riječ je o novoj proizvodnoj tvornici TMD Automotive, fabrike iz auto industrije i koja je izvozno orjentisana. Naravno, samo otvaranje fabrike znači i nova radna mjesta.
Smatram da je misija i zadatak administracije, od općinskog do državnog nivoa, stvaranje povoljne poslovne klime. Samo tako možemo zaustaviti odlazak mladih iz Bosne i Hercegovine! Samo tako ćemo jačati kapacitete Države, poručio je za kraj gospodin Šakić.
