Predložen pritvor za Sanela Džidića (40) iz Gradačca

Džidić je osumnjičen da je na svom računaru u porodičnoj kući u Gradačcu od 2016. do maja 2019. godine, koristeći se određenim aplikacijama na internetu, preuzimao i posjedovao više od 1000 fajlova fotografija i video materijala djece sa pornografskim sadržajima.
Operativnim aktivnostima istražitelja Federalne uprave policije FBiH otkriveno je korištenje ovih aplikacija, te su istražitelji po nalogu ovog Tužilaštva i uz naredbu Općinskog suda Gradačac, 28.maja 2019. godine izvršili pretres porodične kuće, odnosno računara i druge opreme koju je osumnjičeni koristio, kada su i pronađeni pomenuti sadržaji. Nakon izvršenog pretresa osumnjičeni je lišen slobode, kriminalistički je obrađen, te je uz izvještaj o počinjenom krivičnom djelu FUP-a, predat u nadležnost Tužilaštva. Računar i druga informatička oprema su privremeno oduzeti radi vještačenja.
