Predstavljanje budućeg trening centra u Gradačcu
U vrijeme kada veliki broj mladih napušta Bosnu i Hercegovinu općinska administracija u Gradačcu zajedno sa partnerima radi na zaustavljanju tog negativnog trenda osnivajući Centar koji će osposobiti mlade ljude za određene poslove, a koji su deficitarni na području općine Gradačac, ali i čitave regije Sjeverna Bosna.
Cilj projekta je rješavanje nedostatka kvalificirane radne snage u ključnim privrednim granama u sjevernoistočnoj Bosni, čime se rješava jedan od glavnih razloga visoke nezaposlenosti i niske produktivnosti. Uspostavom Centra za stručno osposobljavanje u Gradačcu rješit će se pitanje ponude adekvatne radne snage u tri proizvodne grane koje imaju visoki potencijal za rast, i to: proizvodnja metala i automobila; prerada drveta i proizvodnja tekstila.
Općinski načelnik mr. sci Edis Dervišagić pozdravio je sve prisutne, zahvalio se donatorima i privrednicima općine Gradačac na razumjevanju i podršci za ovaj veoma bitan projekat ne samo za općinu Gradačac nego i širu regiju. Istakao je da se i na području općine Gradačac počeo pojavljivati problem nedostatka kvalificirane radne snage za potrebe naše privrede. Nastojeći prevazići ovaj problem u narednom periodu osnovat će se Centar za stručno osposobljavanje. Lokacija centra bit će na području općine Gradačac, tačnije u renoviranom i adaptiranom starom srednjoškolskom centru u Gradačcu. Centar će pružati prilagođenu obuku za radnike i u domenu osnovnih i naprednih tehnika proizvodnje. Ostavarena je i aktivna saradnja i sa privrednicima sa područja općine Gradačac gdje je već formirano Udruženje i Upravni odbor tog centra. Još jedanput čestitam mladim ljudima koji su prošli edukaciju i obuku i želim da ono što su naučili uspješno prenesu na kadrove koji će tu obuku proći. Istakoa je također da se rijetko u BiH viđa da mlade osobe po završetku obuke dobiju zaposlenje kao što je slučaj sa današnjim promovisanim mladima iz Gradačca svršenicima trening centra u Bursi.
Predstavnik Turske razvojne agencije TIKA u BiH, gosp. Omer Faruk Alimci se zahvalio Općini Gradačac na dosadašnjoj saradnji kao i izrazio radost da rezultati ovog našeg zajedničkog projekta doprinose otvaranju novih radnih mjesta na području općine Gradačac. Zaželio je puno sreće mladim ljudima koji danas osim diploma dobijaju i svoja nova radna mjesta.
Gđa. Sezin Sinanoglu predstavnica UNDP-a istakla je dobru saradnju lokalne administracije i lokalne privrede u Gradačcu koja može da bude za primjer i drugim lokalnim zajednicama a veoma bitna za daljnji razvoj s kojim bi se mogao dostići veoma brzo i približiti samom evropskom nivou. Ovaj projekat je veoma specifičan jer je ovo prvi zajednički projekat TIKA-e i UNDP-a u Bosni i Hercegovini “… i želim zahvaliti Općinskom načelniku i privrednicima koji su prepoznali da razvoj nije samo ulaganje u mašine i objekte nego da je to i investiranje u znanje i pamet “.
Prisutnima su se obratili i g. Muamer Pasa, koordinator BUTGEM trening centra u Bursi kao i predsjednik Udruženja poslodavaca općine Gradačac gosp. Muhamed Bilajac.
Napominjemo da je grupa od 10 svršenih srednjoškolaca iz Gradačca u proteklom periodu završila obuku ( prekvalifikaciju ) i 5 radnika koji su obučeni za kompleksnije poslove u BUTGEM trening centru u Bursi ( Turska ). Nakon ove obuke isti su zaključili ugovore o radu u gradačačkim firmama. Posebnu obuku prošlo je i 5 edukatora koji će u narednom periodu u Trening centru za stručno osposobljavanje u Gradačcu vršiti edukaciju polaznika centra.
Danas su u sklopu promocije ovog projekta posjećene i dvije fabrike Kovgrad d.o.o. Gradačac i Wagner Automotive d.o.o. Gradačac gdje su gosti upoznati s osnovnim djelatnostima ovih pravnih lica.
