Policijski službenici Uprave policije MUP TK-a su, postupajući po naredbama općinskih sudova, a po prethodno sačinjenom Operativnom planu sprovođenja zajedničkih mjera i radnji na sprečavanju, otkrivanju i identifikaciji izvršilaca krivičnih djela iz oblasti zloupotrebe narkotičkih sredstava, nedozvoljenog držanja oružja i municije, imovinskih delikata i dr., 23. i 24.3.2021.godine izvršili pretrese i druge planske aktivnosti na više lokacije na području Tuzlanskog kantona (Tuzla, Lukavac, Gračanica, Gradačac, Živinice, Srebrenik i Čelić).
Prilikom pretresa, pronađeni su i privremeno oduzeti predmeti koji se dovode u vezu s izvršenjem krivičnih djela: 2 automatakske puške, 1 automatski pištolj, 5 okvira za automatski pištolj sa 114 metaka, 1 pištolj marke CZ call.7,62 sa 1 okvirom i 76 metaka, oko 2700 puščanih metaka različitog kalibra, 9 okvira za automatsku pušku, spremnik za municiju, 1 mitraljez M53, 2 pvc. pakovanja sa sadržajem biljne materije koja svojim izgledom asocira na opojnu drogu, 1 pvc. pakovanje sa sadržajem bijele materije koja svojim izgledom asocira na opojnu drogu, 1 digitalna vaga, određena količina biljne materije koja svojim izgledom asocira na opojnu drogu, kao i drugi predmeti koji mogu poslužiti kao dokaz u kasnijem postupku.
