Prijeti li nestašica goriva: BiH dijeli sudbinu zemalja iz okruženja, šta bi mogla biti alternativa
Organizacija zemalja izvoznica nafte (OPEC) nedavno je, kako su istakli, iz čisto poslovnih razloga, u značajnoj mjeri smanjila proizvodnju nafte.
Može li zbog ovog poteza OPEC-a doći do problema sa snabdijevanjem goriva BiH? Milenko Bošković, predsjednik Udruženja prometnika naftnih derivata Federacije BiH, u razgovoru za Faktor kaže kako ćemo dijeliti sudbinu zemalja iz okruženja.
– Mora se imati na umu da mi nemamo niti vlastite izvore niti proizvodnju nafte, a zalihe su nam neznatne. U tom slučaju dijelit ćemo sudbinu zemalja iz okruženja odakle nabavljamo gorivo. U BiH stiže gorivo iz Hrvatske, Slovenije, Srbije, Mađarske i Italije. Kako bude njima, tako će biti i nama. Vjerujem da će biti goriva, ali po kojoj cijeni, to niko ne zna – kazao je Bošković.
Da bi opskrba tržištem u BiH bila sigurnija, Bošković predlaže da interveniše Vijeće ministara, odnosno Ministarstvo vanjske trgovine i ekonomskih odnosa.
– Za naftu uvezenu iz Evropske unije ili zemalja CEFTA-e nema carina koje su 11 posto. Bilo bi poželjno uvesti nultu carinu za uvoz nafte i iz drugih zemalja, recimo Saudijske Arabije, Nigerije, Iraka…
Time bismo došli u sigurniju poziciju. Mi smo se u ime Privredne komore FBiH davno obratili resornom ministarstvu, ali nema odgovora. A podsjetit ću vas da je ova institucija reagovala na najbrži mogući način, čini mi se za 24 sata, kada je bio u pitanju uvoz gnojiva iz Turske. Vidite kakva su bila obećanja o ukidanju akciza prije izbora, poslije 2. oktobra parlamenti nemaju kvoruma – istakao je Bošković.
Dodao je kako treba činiti sve na povećanju robnih zaliha.
– To je u ingerenciji entitetskog nivoa vlasti. Ako već nemamo prostora za skadištenje robnih zaliha, onda bismo ih trebali pokušati iznajmiti – predložio je on.
