Prosinečki po povratku iz Atine: Još uvijek mi nije jasno zbog čega smo bili onako loši

Robert Prosinečki, selektor fudbalske reprezentacije BiH, po povratku iz Atine, gdje je bh. tim sinoć sa 1:2 poražen od Grčke u kvalifikacijama za EURO 2020, istakao je da mu i dalje nije jasno zbog čega je došlo do velikog pada u igri, svega tri dana nakon sjajnog izdanja protiv Finske, prenosi Anadolu Agency (AA).
“Zabrinjavajuće mi je da poslije odlične utakmice, ne možemo to ponoviti za dva ili tri dana. Realno Grčka je bila puno bolja, nismo im mogli parirati niti u jednom smislu. Koliko god da radimo analize teško mi je reći šta je razlog da izgledaš jako dobro, a onda katastrofalno. Jedino je evidentno da ne možemo u kratkom periodu ponoviti dvije dobre utakmice, sada trebamo saznati zbgo čega je to tako i koji su razlozi“, kazao je Prosinečki.
Dodao je da njegovog tima nigdje nije bilo na terenu, te da su u duelu sa Grcima na kraju i dobro prošli. O planovima za budućnost kaže da će tek vidjeti šta i kako dalje.
“Uradićemo analizu, razgovaraću sa predsjednikom i vidjećemo šta će dalje biti. BiH sigurno ima kvalitet, ali jučer se pokazalo da nakon sjajne utakmice protiv Finske, i to bez važnih igrača, nismo mogli ni blizu sa Grcima. Koji je razlog, da li što igramo na strani, ne znam vrlo mi je teško reći“, priča Prosinečki.
U preostala dva duela kvalifikacija za EURO 2020, protiv Italije i Lihtenštajna, koji neće imati nikakav rezultatski značaj za BiH, selektor ne zna da li će iskoristiti za provjeru novih imena ili za uigravanje za baraž.
“BiH je izborila plasman u baraž, vidjećemo koji će biti protivnici. U kvalifikacijama nas čekaju dvije utakmice, jedna velika protiv Italije koja nije izgubila ni bod i onda Lihtenštajn. Tako da ćemo vidjeti šta če donijeti vrijeme“, rekao je Prosinečki i nastavio:
“Za igrače ne mogu reći da nisu htjeli, nego da nisu mogli. Grci su bili brži, bolji od nas i to treba priznati. Ne trebamo stalno živjeti u nekoj iluziji. Ova utakmica je pokazala da su Grci bili bolji od nas, tako da to nema veze s tim da li imam podršku igrača ili ne. Jednostavno ne znam koji je razlog za onako lošu igru.“
Bosna i Hercegovina je sinoćnjim porazom od Grčke u Atini svoje šanse svela na domen teorije. U preostala dva kola potrebne su joj pobjede nad Italijom u Zenici i Lihtenštajnom u gostima, uz poraz i remi Finske. S obzirom na to da Finska dočekuje Lihtenštajn i gostuje Grčkoj, takav rasplet je zaista teško očekivati. Stoga se bh. fudbaleri već mogu početi pripremati za play-off, koji su izborili zahvaljujući dobrim igrama u Ligi nacija.
